Abstract: Disclosed are a duplex document copying system and a method thereof applied to a manual operation for a document. A scanning device is connected to a processing device. The processing device stores one or more block pixel thresholds. After the scanning device obtains first scanning data and second scanning data from scanning the document, the processing device compares pixel difference information between the first scanning data and the second scanning data with the one or more block pixel thresholds to calculate a similarity between the first scanning data and the second scanning data so as to avoid repeated scans. In this way, it avoids the manual errors and outputting the repeatedly scanned document, thereby improving overall work efficiency and saving resources.

Abstract: A duplex printing device and an image offset correction method thereof are provided. In the duplex printing device, a paper medium is induced to pass through an image processing device by a first path and a second path respectively, and a processor calculates, drives and performs image processing technologies. When the paper medium passes through the first path and the second path, the first side alignment image and the second side deviation image of the paper medium are respectively obtained, and position deviation information is calculated according to the first side alignment image and the second side deviation image, and the light sensing position of the image processing device is adjusted to change a transfer print starting point according to the position deviation information. Thus, during next printing, transfer print information may be located on the center position of the second side of the paper medium with any size.

Abstract: A system and a method for processing documents using mobile payment to instantly activate privilege are provided with a mobile device, a cloud server, a proxy server and a document-processing device connected to a network. Users can hold the mobile device to approach the document-processing device to perform corresponding operation in generation of a setting of parameters. The cloud server acquires the setting of parameters through the network and transmits the setting of parameters to the proxy server in exchange for dedicated pictogram authentication information. The document-processing device provides pictogram information according to the pictogram authentication information. The mobile device performs and completes a payment procedure according to the pictogram information. The cloud server then instantly transmits an execution command to drive the document-processing device so as to enhance operational convenience and efficiency.

The output module is coupled to the image processing module and prints second encoded data related to the data image. The transmission module is coupled to the image processing module and transmits one of the first and second encoded data. The multifunction printer deletes the first encoded data from a memory after transmitting the first encoded data, and deletes the second encoded data from the memory after transmitting/outputting the second encoded data.
