    Abstract: A pixel structure of a transparent LCD panel includes a pixel and liquid crystal molecules. The pixel includes a white sub-pixel and a color sub-pixel. In a transparent display mode, a first alignment region and a second alignment region of the white sub-pixel and a first alignment region and a second alignment region of the color sub-pixel have a transparent display grayscale, and a third alignment region and a fourth alignment region of the color sub-pixel have a non-transparent display grayscale. In an image display mode, the first alignment region and the second alignment region of the white sub-pixel have the non-transparent display grayscale, and the first alignment region, the second alignment region, the third alignment region and the fourth alignment region of the color sub-pixel have an image display grayscale.

    Abstract: A light emitting diode (LED) display panel and fabrication method thereof are provided. The LED display panel includes a plurality of dielectric patterns and LED devices, and the dielectric patterns are formed on a substrate subsequent to formation of the LED devices. The dielectric pattern surrounds sidewalls of the corresponding LED device, and exposes an electrode of the LED device. The upper surface of the dielectric pattern and the electrode of the LED device are located at the same level approximately, and a connection electrode is disposed on the dielectric pattern, and electrically connected to the electrode of the LED device and a signal line.

    Abstract: A pixel structure of transparent LCD panel includes a pixel, a pixel electrode and liquid crystal molecules. The pixel consists of a first alignment region and a second alignment region having different aligning directions. The pixel electrode includes a main electrode disposed between the first alignment region and the second alignment region, and branch electrodes. The main electrode is a bar-shaped electrode. A portion of the branch electrodes are connected to one side of the main electrode and extending along a first direction to the first alignment region, another portion of the branch electrodes are connected to the other side of the main electrode and extending along a second direction to the second alignment region. The first direction and the second direction are opposite and parallel, the an included angle between the first direction and the gate line is between 45±10 degrees.
