    Abstract: Facilitating conditional fast return to stand alone advanced networks after voice fall back is provided herein. Operations of a system can include controlling a first communication for a user equipment based on a connection request that comprises an indication of a fall back procedure. The connection request is associated with the user equipment via which the first communication is scheduled to occur. The operations can also include, based on a determination that the first communication has completed at the user equipment, releasing a first control of the user equipment. Further, the operations can include delaying a redirection of the user equipment to the network equipment for a second control of a second communication scheduled to occur at the user equipment. Delaying of the redirection can be based on a condition defined for a service executing on the user equipment determined not to be supportable by the network equipment.

    Abstract: Various embodiments disclosed herein provide for a compressed user equipment (UE) capability message that can indicate to a mobile network the various capabilities of the UE. In particular, the carrier aggregation and dual connectivity capabilities are compressed as disclosed herein. In traditional implementations, each carrier aggregation and dual connectivity combination and implementation that is supported is explicitly indicated in the message. As disclosed herein, rather than listing explicit combinations, the UE capability message can be compressed by instead listing boundary values of several different parameters which can be used by the network to derive the carrier aggregation and dual connectivity combinations. The UE capability message can also list the boundary values for LTE (Long Term Evolution), NR (New Radio, or 5G), and Dual Connectivity separately within the message to reduce ambiguity.

    Abstract: Techniques for controlling parameters for uplink transmission associated with a device to facilitate improving a communication condition metric(s) (CCM(s)) of the uplink transmission are presented. A communication management component (CMC) can determine whether CCM satisfies a first threshold CCM. If CCM does not, CMC can modify a parameter(s) to reduce a number of resource blocks or an MCS value to improve the CCM. If respective minimum threshold levels have been reached for the number of resource blocks and MCS value, and CCM still is not satisfying the first threshold CCM, CMC can modify a parameter to increase an amount of repetition of data packets for uplink transmission (unless a maximum threshold amount of repetition is reached). If CCM satisfies an applicable threshold CCM for a defined amount of time, CMC can modify parameters to increase the number of resource blocks, increase MCS value, or reduce repetition of data packets.

According to some embodiments, a system can comprise receiving a service request from a network device.
