摘要： An air filtration system having a housing. The housing has an inlet, a frame unit, a filter unit, and an outlet. A fan is positioned in the air filtration system or not, and pulls or pushes air into the inlet, and through the outlet, and has the air pass through the filter unit. The filter unit has a first and a second expanded metal metallic plate. The first plate has a first plurality of apertures, and the second plate a second plurality of apertures. Each plate has a coated layer of a dielectric conducting and antimicrobial agent polymer material. The frame unit secures the first expanded metal metallic plate at a first position in the housing, the second expanded metal metallic plate at a second position in the housing, and ensures, when the first and second expanded metal metallic plates are securely positioned in the housing, that the first expanded metal metallic plate is adjacent to the second expanded metal metallic plate and wherein a portion of the first expanded metal metallic plate contacts or is within 20 millimeters from the second expanded metal metallic plate and each aperture of the second plurality of apertures misaligns with an aperture of the first plurality of apertures.

摘要： A method of making an electronic air filter that requires obtaining a first metallic plate comprising copper and a second metallic plate comprising copper. The method also requires creating a first pattern of slits through the first metallic plate's thickness and a second pattern of slits through the second metallic plate's thickness and expanding (a) the first slitted metallic plate to form a first aperture metallic plate and (b) the second slitted metallic plate to form a second aperture metallic plate wherein when the first aperture metallic plate and the second aperture metallic plate are properly aligned and positioned in an electronic air cleaner device then the apertures in the first aperture metallic plate and the apertures in the second aperture metallic plate misalign or do not align with each other. Another requirement is that the method calls for applying a dielectric conducting and antimicrobial agent polymer material to (a) the first aperture metallic plates to form a first coated, aperture metallic plate and (b) the second aperture metallic plates to form a second coated, aperture metallic plate.

摘要： A HEPA/VOC air handling system is disclosed. It has a HEPA air filtration unit and an air handling unit. The HEPA air filtration unit has a fresh air intake, an inside air intake, a pre-filter unit, a HEPA air filter, and HEPA fan. The HEPA fan draws fresh air and inside air into a HEPA chamber to form combined air that moderates the fresh air toward the inside air's temperature and humidity to inhibit shocking or damaging the components in the HEPA air filtration unit. The combined air passes through the pre-filter unit and then the HEPA air filter to form HEPA filtered combined air. The air handling unit has a HEPA filtered combined air intake, a return air intake, an air handling device fan, and a supply outlet wherein the HEPA filtered combined air mixes with the return air to (A) form mixed air and (B) further moderate the HEPA filtered combined air toward the return air's temperature and humidity to inhibit shocking or damaging the components in the air handling device, and the rooms that receive the mixed air.
