A balance of skills is identified for the group of people. The balance of skills has desired values for the skills needed for the group of people. The balance of skills for the group of people is displayed in the radar chart.

The performance results are compared to ideal performance results. The comparison of the performance results to the ideal performance results is displayed on a graph on the graphical user interface. Displaying the chart and graph on a graphical user interface enables identification of relative performance of the group of employees.

A computer system receives identity information for at least one entity for determining activity-based relationships. The computer system captures on-line activity data of the at least one entity. The computer system analyzes the activity data to identify other entities and subjects of interest. The computer system determines relationship activity metrics. The computer system presents, on a graphical display system based on the relationship activity metrics, the at least one entity, the other entities, and the subjects of interest as a set of nodes in an Activity-based connection diagram with relationship activity metrics. The computer system then presents, on a graphical display system based on the relationship activity metrics, connections among the nodes in the activity-based connection diagram.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for migrating data. A computer system locates information about a structure used to store the data in a source database. The computer system identifies similarities between first columns in the source database and second columns in a destination database based on column names and compatible data types in the information. The computer system also displays suggestions for matches between the first columns in the source database and the second columns in the destination database on a display system based on the similarities identified. Further, the computer system receives user input to the suggestions, enabling reaching a desired level of matching to migrate the data from the source database to the destination database.
