Abstract: The embodiments of the present application disclose a combustion control system of a gas water heater or wall-hanging boiler, and a control method thereof. The system comprises: a flue gas channel consisted of a combustor, a heat exchanger and a stepless speed regulating fan and a smoke tube, which are connected sequentially; a control unit connected to a signal input end of the stepless speed regulating fan; a wind pressure sensor assembly that detects a pressure signal upstream of an impeller of the stepless speed regulating fan, a signal output end of the wind pressure sensor assembly being connected to the control unit; the control unit comprising a storage for storing a correspondence relationship between the pressure signal upstream of the stepless speed regulating fan and a thermal load of the combustor, and a controller that controls operation of the stepless speed regulating fan according to the correspondence relationship. The present application further regulates the rotational speed of the stepless speed regulating fan by detecting the pressure signal upstream of the impeller of the stepless speed regulating fan, thereby achieving a better wind-resistant performance of the present application.

Abstract: The present invention provides a combined scale inhibitor and scale inhibiting device. The combined scale inhibitor contains organophosphorus filter materials, ceramic filter materials and polyphosphate filter materials. The organophosphorus filter materials are the granular filter materials of liquid organophosphorus scale and corrosion inhibitor while the said ceramic filter materials are the granular filter materials containing oxide ceramic powder. The said scale inhibiting device is comprised of a tank, a water inlet, a water outlet, an organophosphorus filter material layer, a ceramic filter material layer and a polyphosphate filter material layer in the said tank. The said organophosphorus filter material layer contains organophosphorus filter materials, which are the granular filter materials of liquid organophosphorus scale and corrosion inhibitor. The said ceramic filter material layer contains ceramic filter materials, which are the granular filter materials containing oxide ceramic powder.

Abstract: The invention relates to a low-noise gas instantaneous water heater, belonging to the technical field of gas appliances. The low-noise gas instantaneous water heater comprises a combustion device, a heat exchanger and a blower; wherein the combustion device, the heat exchanger and the blower are arranged such that a combustion flue gas is discharged after passing sequentially through the heat exchanger and the blower; the blower comprises a stepless speed regulating motor with a motor control panel and an impeller driven by the motor, and at least one thermal insulation device is arranged between the motor control panel and the combustion flue gas generated by the combustion device. Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a proportional valve body, a proportional valve and a manufacturing method for a proportional valve body. The proportional valve body comprises a body extending in an axial direction, the body being provided with a first cavity and a second cavity penetrating therethrough in the axial direction and isolated from each other; the body being further provided with a first through hole penetrating through an outer wall of the body, the first hole being communicated with the first cavity and isolated from the second cavity. In the present disclosure, the first cavity and the second cavity of the proportional valve body penetrate through the body in the axial direction, thus the general structure of the proportional valve body can be obtained by means of extrusion molding. Extrusion molding has the advantages of easy operation, high productivity, and high utilization ratio of raw materials. And the proportional valve body obtained by means of extrusion molding has favorable structural and mechanical properties.

Abstract: A gas hot water heating device and a system with heating function are disclosed. The device includes a combustion device (1), an inlet (E) and an outlet (G) of a hot water pipeline (2), an inlet (I) and an outlet (H) of a heating loop (3), and a water tank (4). The device also includes a first heat exchanger (5), a second heat exchanger (6) and a third heat exchanger (7). A flue gas outlet (1-2) of the combustion device (1) is connected with flue gas passages of the first heat exchanger (5) and the second heat exchanger (6) in order and in series. A first water flow passage (5-1) and a second water flow passage (5-2) are arranged in the first heat exchanger (5), and the water tank (4) and the first water flow passage (5-1) of the first heat exchanger (5) are communicated between the inlet (E) and the outlet (G) of the hot water pipeline (2) in series. The second heat exchanger (6) and the third heat exchanger (7) can exchange heat with water in the water tank (4).
