摘要: A power supply unit includes a battery, a motor which is driven by the battery, an electric power converting device which is provided between the battery and the motor, a simulated electric leak generating device which generates an electric leak state between the battery and a vehicle body, and an electric leak detecting device which detects a simulated electric leak. A diagnostic system which performs a diagnosis of operating performance of the electric leak detecting device includes an opening/closing device which connects/disconnects the electric power converting device to/from the battery, and an opening/closing detecting device which detects opening/closing of the opening/closing device and which outputs a result of detection to the simulated electric leak generating device and the electric leak detecting device. When opening/closing of the opening/closing device is detected by the opening/closing detecting device, both generation of a simulated electric leak and detection of an electric leak are retried.

摘要: The present invention provides an ameliorant for enhancing the therapeutic effect of IFN-&agr; on hepatitis C; a therapeutic composition for the treatment of hepatitis C which comprises IFN-&agr; and IFN-&ggr; as active ingredients and further contains a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier; a kit for the treatment of hepatitis C which comprises an IFN-&agr; preparation and an IFN-&ggr; preparation; and a therapeutic method for the treatment of hepatitis C which comprises administering IFN-&agr; and IFN-&ggr; to a subject at the same time or administering IFN-&ggr; before the administration of IFN-&agr;. The present invention is capable of making the patient continuously HCV-RNA negative and is extremely useful in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C which is intractable with, IFN-&agr; and conventionally difficult to remedy.

摘要: A voltage detecting apparatus for a combination battery includes a multiplexer type flying capacitor voltage detecting circuit, a synchronous control type A/D converter, and a battery controller. The battery controller has a timing table to regulate generation timings of a switching control signal, an activation signal, and a transfer command signal on a common time axis. The timing control is carried out by outputting the switching control signal, the activation signal, and the transfer command signal to the flying capacitor voltage detecting circuit, the A/D converter, and the battery controller at the timing regulated in the timing table and according to an order memorized in the timing table.
