    摘要: The disclosure relates to a nitride based semiconductor light emitting device with improved luminescence efficiency by increasing a recombination rate of electrons and holes contributing to luminescence, which results from matching the spatial distribution of electron and hole wave functions. The nitride based semiconductor light emitting device according to the present invention includes an n-type nitride layer, an active layer formed on the n-type nitride layer, and a p-type nitride layer formed on the active layer. At this stage, a strain control layer, and the at least one layer has a larger energy bandgap than a quantum well layer in the active layer. The strain control layer is disposed in an area where the quantum well layer of the active layer is formed. Moreover, an energy bandgap of the strain control layer is less than that of quantum barrier of the active layer.

    摘要: Endoscope manipulator for MIS can overcome disadvantages of multiaxial endoscope manipulator including conventional robot arm and provide compact and lightweight structure to obtain maximum activity space for medical staff. According to the endoscope manipulator for MIS, multi-joint arm is configured so that movement of all of the joints from base link to tip link is manually locked and unlocked by user and not controlled by motors. Additionally, endoscope mounted on an end of multi-joint arm is manipulated using motors to enable movement of three degrees of freedom, thereby accomplishing compact and lightweight endoscope manipulator. Additionally, tube of endoscope can be press-fitted onto tip part of multi-joint arm, and triaxial movement function for vertical, horizontal and forward/backward conveyance of endoscope is implemented in the tip part of multi-joint arm. Therefore, since external manual joints are not moved during operation, Disturbance or restriction to activities of medical staff can be minimized.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a cool air supply structure of a storage receptacle for a refrigerator. The present invention comprises one or more box casings detachably installed in a refrigerating chamber, each box casing having a mounting space and a channel through which cool air flows, the cool air being supplied from a cool air supply source through a cool air supply port formed in a side surface of the refrigerating chamber; and one or more storage receptacles, each storage receptacle being withdrawably installed in the mounting space, wherein food accommodated in an accommodation space provided in the storage receptacle is indirectly cooled by the cool air that flows through the channel. According to the present invention, there is an advantageous effect in that the food accommodated in a plurality of storage receptacles can be stored to be fresher by indirectly cooling the food and simultaneously the supply of cool air can be controlled depending on the use or not of the storage receptacles.
