摘要: Provided is a component mounter. The component mounter comprises: a bed; a component supply unit; a conveyor transferring at least one PCB to a specified mounting position; a plurality of head units having at least one nozzle for picking up the electronic component from the component supply unit and for mounting it to the PCB; first and second Y axis transfer mechanisms; an X axis transfer mechanism having a first end of mounted to the first Y axis transfer mechanism and the second end mounted to the second Y axis transfer mechanism; a first driving unit controlling the movement of the first end of the X axis transfer mechanism along Y axis; and a second driving unit controlling the movement of the second end of the X axis transfer mechanism along the Y axis, independently of the first driving unit.

摘要: Disclosed is an apparatus for automatically supplying carrier tape, and more specifically, to an apparatus for automatically supplying a carrier tape and a method for automatically supplying carrier tape wherein carrier tape is enabled to be continuously and automatically supplied without stopping a process even if a structure or supply conditions of the carrier tape is changed. The apparatus for automatically supplying the carrier tape comprises an injection module comprising a height adjusting unit for enabling the continuous and automatic supply of one carrier tape in the middle of being supplied and one or more carrier tapes on standby, and a parts sensor for sensing parts of a carrier tape; and a pickup module for separating a cover tape form the carrier tape transferred from the injection module.

摘要: Provided is an occupant classifying device which can detect an occupant sitting on a seat by a change in an electric field between first and second electrodes that is caused by the occupant sitting on the seat. The occupant classifying device includes: a seat for an occupant to sit on; a first electrode disposed in the seat; a second electrode disposed in the seat, spaced apart from the first electrode, and forming an electric field between the first and second electrodes; and a current measuring device for measuring a variation in current value corresponding to changes in the electric field caused by the occupant sitting on the seat.

摘要: A carrier tape feeder is provided. The carrier tape feeder includes a unit for loading a carrier tape, a picking-up unit where chips are picked up, and a driving unit. The pick-up unit includes a knife portion, a folding-guiding portion, and an inversion-guiding portion. The knife portion separates a cover tape from a base tape in a first adhesive portion. The folding-guiding portion is spaced from one lateral side of the knife portion to induce folding of the cover tape separated by the knife portion in the lengthwise direction in a state in which the cover tape is partially attached to the base tape in a second adhesive portion. The inversion-guiding portion extends in an oblique direction from the knife portion and the folding-guiding portion toward the outside of the carrier tape to induce inversion of the upper and lower surfaces of the cover tape folded in the folding-guiding portion so as to be superimposed on the base tape. The distal end of the lateral side of the folding-guiding portion opposed to the knife portion extends above the second adhesive portion.

The method comprises: rotating at least one rotation housing, and thereby correcting positions of a plurality of nozzle spindles depending on specified absorption positions of the electronic components; absorbing the electronic components by descending at least one nozzle spindle; rotating at least one rotation housing and rotating nozzle spindles to which the electronic components are absorbed, thereby correcting positions of the electronic components absorbed to the nozzle spindles depending on an inclination angle of specified positions for mounting the electronic components to a printed circuit board; moving the absorbed electronic components over the printed circuit board; and mounting the absorbed electronic components to the specified mounting positions of the printed circuit board.

摘要: Mounting parts is performed by recognizing a particular part feeder where a part to be mounted is contained among a plurality of part feeders, moving a head unit to a position for picking up a part on the part feeder, moving an image sensor installed to be capable of moving to a position close to the particular part feeder, picking up a part from the particular part feeder with a suction nozzle installed at the head unit, moving the head unit to a position above the image sensor, detecting an image of the part held by the suction nozzle, moving the suction nozzle to a printed circuit board from the image sensor, and aligning the part with the printed circuit board while determining and compensating for an error generated when the part is picked up, and mounting the aligned part on the printed circuit board.

摘要: A method for mounting electronic components is provided.
