UI setting data is received from an another image processing apparatus, and it is determined whether or not a function included in the received UI setting data can be executed by the apparatus itself. If it is determined that the function cannot be executed by the image processing apparatus, a first image processing apparatus which can execute the function is retrieved on the network. Then setting is changed such that the function is substitutionally executed by the first image processing apparatus.

In a case where it is determined that each of the managed files has the predetermined type and is inputted into the folder in the predetermined order, the managed files are merged in the predetermined order to generate print data to be outputted to a print device for printing according to the print configuration. The generated print data is transmitted to the print device.

摘要： A printing apparatus to print an image on both surfaces of a tab sheet includes a setting unit and a printing unit. The setting unit sets whether to align an orientation of a first image to be printed on a first surface tab portion of a first surface of the tab sheet with an orientation of a second image to be printed on a second surface tab portion of a second surface of the tab sheet.
