    摘要: A device for cooling molten filaments in a spinning apparatus is improved by using a heating wire type heater in which a pitch of the heating wires surrounding the cooling apparatus is made closer in the upstream (top) region of the extruded filament than in the downstream (bottom) region. Through use of the device the temperature of the cooling air blown from the cooling apparatus for a plurality of molten filaments extruded from a die is controlled so that the cooling is made progressively stronger from the upstream side (i.e., top side) to the downstream side (i.e., bottom side).

A fourth speed drive gear G4V, which is formed in a one-piece body with a reverse drive gear GRV, is provided rotatably over the input shaft 10, and a third speed drive gear G3V is provided rotatably over the intermediary shaft 20. Both the third speed drive gear G3V and the fourth speed drive gear G4V mesh with a third and fourth speed driven gear G34N, which is provided rotatably over an output shaft 40.     摘要: A pipe molding die of the present invention is capable of rectifying a flow of a molten resin by a resin reservoir and uniformizing the flow of the resin extruded from the die in whichever position in a peripheral direction on a flow path within the die. Consequently, ununiformity in wall thickness of the resin pipe to be molded can be eliminated. The pipe molding die comprises a throttle part as one of components thereof, which includes a core, a shell part fitted to the core and a resin reservoir as a portion of a flow path which is formed between the core and the shell part. A molten, resin as a pipe raw material flows through the flow path. The resin reservoir is provided in at least one of the core and the shell part, and takes a ring-like shape circumscribing a central axis of the pipe molding die with the central axis centered. The resin reservoir assumes a recessed shape in cross-section.
