摘要: An anomaly diagnosis apparatus for analyzing sound or vibration data produced by a machine installation and diagnosing the presence or absence of an anomaly in a sliding member in the machine installation which is made up of a diagnosis processing server (1) and a user information processing terminal (3) which are connected through a network (2). The diagnosis processing server (1) receives the sound or vibration data produced by the machine installation and information for identifying the sliding member used with the machine installation through the network (2) from the user information processing terminal 3, makes an anomaly diagnosis of the machine installation based on the received data, and transmits the diagnosis result through the network (2) to the user information processing terminal (3), thereby lightening the burden of the user and executing anomaly diagnosis processing promptly.

摘要: An object of the invention is to provide an anomaly diagnosis apparatus of a machine installation for eliminating the need for the user to have a dedicated analytical instrument or a skill required for anomaly diagnosis of a sliding member and enabling the user to easily make an anomaly diagnosis request with a small burden and get the diagnosis result promptly. In the invention, an anomaly diagnosis apparatus for analyzing sound or vibration data produced by a machine installation and diagnosing the presence or absence of an anomaly in a sliding member in the machine installation is made up of a diagnosis processing server (1) and a user information processing terminal (3) which are connected through a network (2). 摘要: A wheel rotation detecting device including a sensor unit that is supported on a stationary ring which does not rotate even when the wheel is in use, and the rotation of the wheel that is attached to a rotary ring can be detected by a rotation detecting sensor held within the sensor unit. Within the sensor unit, in addition to a rotation detecting sensor, there are disposed other sensors such as a temperature sensor and a vibration sensor, thereby allowing detection of the rotation speed and the rotation number of the wheel supported on the rotary ring, as well as detection of other car driving conditions.

摘要: A circuit device (e.g. mounted on a printed circuit board) is connected to a data network, to which network are also connected a plurality of other circuit devices under power. On removal of such a circuit device, the output driver connecting the circuit components of the output device to the communications bus of the bus network is first disconnected from power, and only when its disconnection is stable is the device withdrawn. A control device of the circuit device is connected to the control bus of the data network, and before power is disconnected from the output driver, the control device signals to the network so as to prevent other circuit devices connected to the network from signalling on the network. Effectively, the circuit device to be removed "occupies" the bus. This occupation is maintained until the disconnection of the output driver is stable, and then the circuit device can be removed from the network. Similarly, on insertion, the network is first occupied before power is connected to the output driver. In this way, it becomes possible to prevent faults due to missignalling between the other circuit devices connected to the network when one circuit device is inserted or removed.

摘要: In a rolling bearing including an inner race; an outer race; a plurality of rolling elements rollingly arranged between the inner race and the outer race; and a cage holding the rolling elements, the cage has an annular shape and a plurality of pockets which are formed at plural positions in a circumferential direction of the cage, in which each of the pockets has an opening peripheral portion which is curved to a direction of increasing a distance from a center of the rolling elements. The opening peripheral portion forms a chamfered face or a convex face. The rolling bearing can sufficiently ensure the lubrication of sliding contact portions between the cage and rolling elements so that vibrations and noises of the rolling bearing are lowered.
