摘要: There is provided, in one aspect of the present description, an engine. In one example, the engine comprises a cylinder block, a cylinder head, a sheet metal gasket interposed between the block and the head, a first projection projecting outwardly and laterally from a side portion of the block, and a second projection projecting outwardly and laterally from a side portion of the head, the first projection and the second projection facing each other along a coupling surface between the block and the head. The engine further comprises an extension extending from a main body of the sheet metal gasket and located between the first projection and the second projection, and a resilient portion which is provided in the extension, formed resiliently in a direction perpendicular to the coupling surface, and compressed between the first projection and the second projection when the head is fastened on the block.

摘要: The nonwoven fabric sheet of the present invention is characterized by a porosity in the range of 0.3 to 0.7 and an average pore size in the range of 0.5 μm to 5.0 μm. The nonwoven fabric sheet of the present invention preferably has a maximum pore size (μm)/average pore size (μm) ratio of 1.30 or lower. The nonwoven fabric sheet of the present invention is obtained by press-molding a nonwoven fabric at a temperature lower than the melting point of the thermoplastic resin which constitutes the nonwoven fabric sheet. According to the present invention, there is provided a nonwoven fabric sheet that has a high porosity, small uniform pore sizes and excellent productivity, which can suitably be used in various applications such as filters, light diffusing material, liquid absorber and heat insulating materials; and a method for producing the nonwoven fabric sheet.

摘要: A battery separator of the invention is obtained by press forming a meltblown nonwoven fabric comprising 4-methyl-1-pentene polymer or a 4-methyl-1-pentene/α-olefin copolymer, the battery separator having an average fiber diameter of 0.8 to 5 μm, a basis weight of 9 to 30 g/m2, a porosity of 30 to 60%, and a load at 5% elongation in the MD direction (longitudinal direction) of not less than 1.2 (kg/5 cm width). A lithium ion secondary battery of the invention includes the battery separator.

Specifically disclosed is a separator for energy devices, which comprises a nonwoven fabric laminate composed of two or more melt-blown nonwoven fabric layers arranged on top of one another. Each of the melt-blown nonwoven fabric layers has an average fiber diameter of 0.5-3 μm, and the weight per square meter of the nonwoven fabric laminate is not more than 50 g/m2. This separator for energy devices has a surface centerline roughness (Rt value) of not more than 35 μm.
