Disclosed is a 4-wheel drive of hydraulic manual and automatic transmission of a vehicle running on a road by transmitting rotational engine force to rear wheels, which allows manual or automatic gear shifting using hydraulic rotary machines rotating a main shaft by hydraulic pressure and hydraulic rotary machines independently installed to each wheel and allows to drive 4-wheels including front wheels whitout use of a differential gear. A transmission control panel that is installed to a center portion of a steering wheel and acts as a manual and automatictransmission causing instant gear shifting without a differential gear or a clutch by manipulating a transmission level and a transmission switch in a convenient and easy way. A switch device having many switches concentrated on the fixed center portion of a steering wheel to allow a user to rapidly turn on or off the switch buttons during stopping or running.

A method and apparatus for improving anti-jamming performance are provided. A threshold value level estimated in a GPS (global positioning system) receiver RF/IF stage, a threshold value weight, a median value of a median value of a 2˜8 MHz bandwidth is estimated as a threshold value with respect to a frequency component exceeding the estimated threshold value level, and an adjustable K-median threshold scheme is provided in a multi-jamming environment.

Disclosed is a conductive ink composition, a manufacturing method thereof, and a manufacturing method of a conductive thin film using the same, and more specifically, a conductive ink composition is provided that includes composite metal nanoparticles including first metal nanoparticles and second metal nanoparticles, and a polymer matrix. The polymer matrix is a composition including a polymer and a solvent, the first metal nanoparticles and the second metal nanoparticles are different metals, and the content of the composite metal nanoparticles is about 20 to about 25 wt %, the content of the polymer is about 5 to about 10 wt %, and the content of the solvent is about 65 to about 75 wt %, based on the total weight of the composition.

A donor substrate for a laser induced thermal imaging method and method of fabricating an organic light emitting display device using the same are provided. A transfer layer for a laser induced thermal imaging method is made of an organic material having a molecular weight of 500 to 70,000 to fabricate an organic light emitting display device having a uniform organic layer pattern. The invention also provides a method of fabricating an organic light emitting display device which may achieve a large-sized pixel region as well as improve the productivity of the organic light emitting display device.

A cooling plate in which flow channels are modified to reduce temperature differences between portions of the cooling plate and provide for more uniform heat distribution within a heat generator. The flow channels of the cooling plate are formed such that a central portion of the flow channels has a greater volume than the end portions near an inlet and an outlet so that the amount of cooling water that is contained in the central portion at any one time is larger than either of the end portions near the inlet and the outlet. Likelihood of thermal deformation of the cooling plate due to thermal stress is decreased, and stability of performance of the fuel cell is increased.

A fuel cell system in which a low open circuit voltage (OCV) is maintained in a start-up mode and in a shut-down mode, and a method of operating the same, the method including: supplying an anode off-gas and air to the cathode in an open circuit voltage state in a start-up mode and cutting off supply of the fuel gas to the cathode in a normal operating mode; and supplying the fuel gas and air to the cathode in a shut-down mode, and if a load is cut off, purging the cathode and the anode in the OCV state.
