摘要: The invention relates to a process for the preparation of aromatic amines in the liquid phase by catalytic hydrogenation of the corresponding nitroaromatic compounds in at least two reaction spaces connected in series, wherein at least one reaction space is operated isothermally and at least the reaction space connected downstream thereof is operated adiabatically, and in preferred embodiments the sudden adiabatic temperature change is used for monitoring the reaction.

摘要: Isocyanates are produced by a) reacting at least one amine with phosgene, optionally in the presence of a solvent to produce the corresponding isocyanate and a stream containing hydrogen chloride, phosgene and optionally solvent, low-boiling compounds and inert substances is obtained, b) separating the stream containing hydrogen chloride, phosgene and optionally solvent, low-boiling compounds and inert substances in an at least two-stage sequence of absorption steps that includes (1) at least one isothermal absorption step and (2) at least one adiabatic absorption step, to obtain (i) a hydrogen chloride stream containing phosgene in concentrations of at most 0.5 wt. % (based on the weight of the hydrogen chloride stream) and (ii) a liquid phosgene stream, and c) recycling the liquid phosgene stream (ii) to the reaction of amine with phosgene.

摘要: A conductive and weldable anti-corrosion composition for coating metal surfaces which contains: (a) 5 to 40 wt. % of an organic binder containing: (aa) at least one epoxide resin (ab) at least one hardener selected from cyanoguanidine, benzoguanamine and plasticised urea resin (ac) at least one amine adduct selected from polyoxyalkylenetriamine and epoxide resin/amine adducts (b) 0 to 15 wt. % of an anti-corrosion pigment (c) 40 to 70 wt. % of a conductive pigment selected from powdered zinc, aluminum, graphite, molybdenum sulfide, carbon black and iron phosphide (d) 0 to 45 wt. % of a solvent; and a lacquered metal structural part which has a conductive organic layer.

摘要: Meta-toluene-diisocyanate is produced by reacting meta-toluenediamine with phosgene in the gas phase. The meta-toluenediamine to be vaporized for use in this phosgenation process must contain less than 0.5 wt. % of toluenediamine residue, a total of less than 0.2 wt. % of ammonia and cycloaliphatic amines, and less than 20 ppm of heavy metals. At least 0.1 wt. % of the liquid meta-toluenediamine being to be vaporized must not be vaporized. This non-vaporized content of the meta-toluenediamine must not be fed to the phosgenation reactor.

摘要: Isocyanates are produced by reacting a primary amine with phosgene in the gas phase. In this process, the amine is vaporized and then superheated prior to introduction into the reactor. The amine is superheated to a temperature at least 10° C. above dew point before entry into the reactor. A pressure difference between the vaporizer and entry into the reactor of from 1 to 500 mbar is maintained.
