    摘要: A method for placing electronic components onto a circuit board, comprising the following steps: Placing a component to be placed of a first component type into a starting position; creating a component image of the component to be placed in the starting position; creating a circuit board region image of a circuit board of a first circuit board region type; calculating a travel path for moving the component to be placed into a final position on the circuit board based upon an image overlay of the component image and a previously saved reference component image of a reference component of the first component type, and based upon a previously saved reference travel path of the reference component from a reference starting position into a reference final position on a reference circuit board of the first circuit board region type, and based upon an image overlay of the circuit board region image and a previously saved reference circuit board region image of the reference circuit board; moving the component to be placed along the travel path into the final position.

    摘要: The invention refers to a process for producing an anticorrosive coating in which a surface to be treated is brought into contact with an aqueous treatment solution containing chromium(III) ions and at least one phosphate compound and an organosol. The corrosive protection of metal surfaces, in particular those containing zinc and zinciferous surfaces with conversion layers is improved. The decorative and functional properties of the surfaces are retained or improved. In addition, the well-known problems associated with the use of compounds containing chromium(VI) or with multi-stage processes are avoided in which a passivation layer containing chromium ions and a sealing are applied one after the other.

    摘要: A foot element of an adjustable roof support mechanism includes side walls that have aligned guide grooves in their facing surfaces and a spherical bearing surface in a floor portion therebetween. The guide grooves include inclined entry portions and enlarged terminal portions. A cooperable, extendable strut element includes a tubular body having a spherical lower end and two cams extending away from opposite sides near its lower end. The cams are shaped so as to fit within the guide grooves of the foot element. When attaching the strut element to the foot element the cams thereof are moved along the entry portions of the aligned guide grooves and into the terminal portions thereof. Thereafter, the strut is rotated into a use position. When in its use position, the cams cannot be removed from the terminal portions of the guide grooves, thus preventing unintentional separation of the strut element and the foot element.

    摘要: The invention relates to a process for producing a corrosion-inhibiting coating for substrates having a surface consisting of zinc, magnesium, aluminium or one of their alloys, wherein the surface to be treated is brought into contact in direct succession with two aqueous treatment solutions containing chromium(III) ions, metal ions of the substrate surface to be treated and at least one complexing agent. The first treatment solution has a pH in the range from 1.0 to 4.0, while the second treatment solution has a pH of from 3.0 to 12.0. The process of the invention produces a smaller amount of wastewater polluted with heavy metals.
