    摘要: A liquid crystal display device includes a first substrate including a thin film transistor, a data line, a pixel electrode, and a common electrode, a second substrate, and liquid crystal sandwiched between the first and second substrates, wherein an image signal is applied to the thin film transistor through the data line to generate an electric field between the pixel electrode receiving the image signal and the common electrode such that the liquid crystal is rotated by the electric field in a plane which is in parallel with the first substrate. The first substrate includes an electrically insulating inorganic film covering the data line therewith, a first island-shaped electrically insulating organic film formed on the electrically insulating inorganic film above the data line, and a shield common electrode covering the first island-shaped electrically insulating organic film therewith and overlapping the data line when viewed vertically.

    摘要: Embodiments of the invention provide an interface circuit that is capable of reducing the power consumption, which may be increased by a shoot-through current, and provide an electronic device having such an interface circuit. In one embodiment, an interface circuit exchanges signals with another electronic device via a signal transmission line. The interface circuit includes a switch for pulling up the signal transmission line and a switch for pulling down the signal transmission line. While a pull-up or pull-down is performed, the interface circuit detects the potential level of the signal transmission line to determine whether the signal transmission line is pulled down or pulled up by the other electronic device. If the signal transmission line is not pulled down/pulled up by the other electronic device, the interface circuit exercises pull-down/pull-up control.

    摘要: In a method of anti-lock brake control, in which when the wheel is about to become locked, a control valve is capable of controlling a braking pressure for a brake device irrespective of a braking operation. The control valve is operated to reduce the braking pressure of the brake device in order to reduce a braking force, thereby preventing the wheel from becoming locked. When the braking pressure is to be recovered, the control valve is operated to intermittently increase the braking pressure of the brake device for a given time in order to moderate the increasing of the braking force. The control of the intermittent increasing of the braking pressure is stopped when the completion of the braking operation has been detected in the course of intermittently increasing the braking pressure in recovering the braking pressure. This avoids the wasteful operation of the control valve to prevent the generation of any unwanted operational noise and a wasteful consumption of electric power.

    摘要: A plurality of identical signal delay elements are disposed within a hoistway one for each landing floor and cascade connected to a signal generator. Each delay element is located at its position where a signal from the signal generator appears at its output with a time delay corresponding to the associated floor. The delayed signal is detected by a signal detector disposed on an elevator car stopped on or traveling past any of the floor. A time delay measurement device counts clock pulses occurring between the detected signal and the signal from the signal generator to determine a time delay between both signal and therefore the floor on which the elevator car stops, or past which it is traveling.

Comparison is made of the output of the floor indicator with the output of the stop permissible floor indicator. In the comparison, when these outputs are different, the car is moved to the specific floor. When the car stops at the specific floor, the floor indicator and the stop permissible floor indicator are set to the specific floor.

    摘要: A pulse generator supplies to a logic unit, pulses the number of which is determined by the amount of movement of an elevator car. The logic unit effects the algorithm and comparison of the amount of movement of the car and a command amount of movement of the car to produce a speed signal which, in turn, controls the car. The pulses are also stored in a memory and an electric source energizes the memory and the pulse generator for a predetermined time after the occurrence of an emergency.
