A solid-state image sensor includes a pixel array, and an analog to digital converter for converting a voltage signal read from the pixel array from analog to digital form, wherein the analog to digital converter includes a counter counting a first clock signal for a period depending on a voltage value of the voltage signal, and wherein a least significant bit of a count value of the counter is determined based on an exclusive OR of outputs of two 1-bit counters operating at a frequency of the first clock signal.
Abstract:
A method for controlling a solid-state imaging apparatus, which includes a plurality of pixels, includes selecting a resetting element of one of the pixels, resetting a detecting unit connected to the pixel, transmitting to a detecting unit, an electric charge accumulated after photoelectric conversion performed by a photoelectric converting element of the pixel, and providing control to set a second end of a transmitting control signal line to an open state.
Abstract:
An image sensor includes: a pixel unit that outputs a first signal including an offset voltage inherent to a pixel; a CDS unit that performs correlated double sampling of a second signal that is obtained from the first signal by canceling the offset voltage inherent to the pixel, and outputs the second signal after the correlated double sampling as a third signal including an offset voltage due to the CDS unit; and an ADC unit that performs analog-to-digital conversion of a fourth signal that is obtained from the third signal by canceling the offset voltage due to the CDS unit.

A circuit for stabilizing an electric current includes a constant voltage supplying circuit configured to supply a constant voltage, and a current generating circuit coupled to the constant voltage supplying circuit to generate an electric current based on a predetermined voltage responsive to the constant voltage and to adjust a current amount of the electric current to a predetermined amount by feedback control based on comparison of the predetermined voltage with a voltage appearing across a predetermined resistance responsive to the electric current.
Abstract:
An object of the present invention is to attain the downsizing of a closed rotary compressor while realizing separation of oil from gas without any problem, and since an electric motor is constituted by a motor of a magnetic pole concentrated winding type which includes: a stator fixed to the inner wall of a closed container; a rotator rotatably supported by a rotating shaft on the inner side of said stator; a stator core constituting said stator; a plurality of cog portions and slot portions formed to said stator core; and a stator winding directly wound around each cog portion utilizing the slot portions, a protrusion dimension of the winding from the stator core is reduced, and the excellent oil separation effect can be obtained.
Abstract:
A data transmission method exchanges data between at least first and second electronic devices which are coupled via a plurality of bus lines, where each of the bus lines is terminated via a terminating resistor having one end coupled to a bus line and another end applied with a terminating voltage. The data transmission method includes the steps of (a) setting a high logic level of data to a voltage higher than the terminating voltage and setting a low logic level of the data to a voltage lower than the terminating voltage, and (b) continuously outputting the data from the first electronic device to at least one bus line at a timing determined by a first clock signal by alternately repeating a state where the data is output to the one bus line and a state where an impedance between the first electronic device and the one bus line is set to a high impedance.
