    摘要： A wall panel is provided that is comprised of a plurality of spaced foam insulative blocks. Between each block is a metal stud that spans the height of the wall panel and provides sufficient strength to counteract any compressive loads the wall panel may encounter. The presence of the insulation panels provides large surface areas for the receipt of a thin layer of cementious or gypsum based material that is adapted to receive nails and be easily cut. In addition, the decreased weight of the exterior wall allows for the omission of reinforcing internal structure within the exterior wall which is found in the prior art, thereby providing a lightweight and easy to fabricate wall.

    摘要： A vehicle seat assembly includes a locking mechanism for locking a seat component in a stowed or use position for preventing sudden pivotal movement of the seat component in a sudden high energy acceleration or deceleration. The locking mechanism includes a support bracket adapted for mounting on the vehicle floor and a pivot plate pivotally mounted to the support bracket. The pivot plate is secured to the vehicle seat component for pivotal movement therewith. The pivot plate includes a plurality of lock teeth extending therefrom. A pendulum member or pawl is pivotally connected to the support bracket and operative for locking engagement with the lock teeth for preventing substantial seat component movement in a forward or rearward high energy impact.

    摘要： An insulated wall panel is provided that employs a plurality of spaced insulated members that define cavities within the body of the wall panel. The insulation panels that form the cavities may be constructed of a reinforced insulating material, such as expanded polystyrene. The insulated wall panels may include a reinforcing mesh, preferably fiberglass coated with PVC embedded within the body of the EPS foam during fabrication. The strengthened EPS foam blocks have the advantage of being lightweight and very durable, thereby reducing handling damage, for example.

    摘要： A seat track apparatus of a vehicle for retaining a slide member between a lower seat track and an upper seat track of the seat track apparatus. The seat track apparatus provides a channel in the lower seat track having at least one longitudinally extending contact surface. The slide member has a shape complementary to the channel and is disposed within the channel with at least one contact surface in contact with the contact surface of the channel. The slide member provides a plurality of cylindrical pins projecting outward from the side wall of the slide member and extending through apertures in the side wall of the lower seat track. The engagement of the pins by the lower seat track aligns and restricts movement of the slide member in the plane in which the cylindrical pins extend therethrough. In a preferred embodiment, the slide member provides outwardly projections on the bottom wall of the slide member. Apertures provided in the bottom wall of the lower seat track receive the projections extending from the bottom wall of the slide member to maintain contact between the contact surface of the slide and the channel. In a second embodiment, the bottom wall of the lower seat track has a plurality of punched lanced upsets which abut the bottom wall of the slide member and prevent the bottom wall of the slide member from moving away from the channel thus maintaining contact between the contact surfaces of the slide member and the channel.
