Abstract: A pouch assembly having a pocket member secured to the front wall of a vertically oriented rear panel assembly. The rear panel assembly has a chamber formed in its top half within which is positioned a magnet having a flat front surface. This magnet is adjacent the top end of the pouch member. The magnet functions to hold a limited number of metal fasteners or a metal tool against the front surface of the rear panel assembly where they can be easily grasped by a person wearing the pouch assembly. A vertically oriented non-collapsible rigid tubular member is secured to the front wall of the rear panel assembly inside the pouch member for removably receiving a writing instrument. A spring clip member is secured to the rear wall of the rear panel assembly for detachably securing the pouch assembly on a person's belt or in the top end of a person's pocket.

Abstract: A lawn and garden pan having a substantially horizontal bottom wall panel having a substantially triangular configuration. The front end of the pan is open and it has numerous teeth extending forwardly along its entire length. The bottom wall panel has numerous sifting holes spread out over substantially its entire surface. The left and right side walls extend upwardly from the lateral edges of the bottom wall panel and their top ends curl outwardly and downwardly to form an inverted U-shaped configuration that forms a natural contour to seat between the palm of a person's hand and the thumb. A person can grip the pan for holding purposes along the entire length of the edges of the pan except its front end into which lawn debris can be raked or swept.

Abstract: A nut-holder attachment that can be detachably attached to a common wrench, has a shank member having a front spring finger connected to its forward end and a rear spring finger connected to its rearward end. A spring clip is connected to the shank member for attaching the nut-holding attachment to the shank portion of a wrench. The forward end of the front spring member has an aperture therein and an elongated stem freely passes therethrough. The top end of the stem is connected to the bottom surface of a magnetic head. A head is formed on the bottom end of the stem to prevent its withdrawal through the aperture. The magnetic head is formed from a disc shaped magnet glued onto a plastic disc.

Abstract: A non-abrasive glide pad is provided with a means of attachment to the table of a portable power saw. In a preferred embodiment the pad is secured to the saw table by means of a magnetic sheet bonded to the deck of the pad. In a second embodiment the entire deck is comprised of magnetic material. In a third embodiment the means of attachment to the saw is provided by strategically-positioned appendages of the pad deck that clip onto the table of the saw. In all embodiments the non-attaching bottom of the pad is provided with a surface of a non-abrasive nature such as that of a short-napped carpet.
