Abstract: A holder assembly for a hand-held device, such as a tape measure, includes a main body for holding the hand-held device, and a bracket that can be fixedly secured to the hand-held device. Abstract: The belt clip for a cellular telephone includes a substantially rigid back plate and an expansible fabric layer (or flexible cover) partially covering the front of the back plate. The expansible layer has a degree of elasticity sufficient to secure the cell phone between the expansible layer and the back plate. A common clip (typically, an inverted U-shaped member) is mounted to the rear side of the back plate which enables the wearer to place the retained cell phone and belt clip onto his or her belt. The expansible layer may include a grip tab mounted on a top edge of the expansible layer to facilitate insertion and removal of the cell phone from the interspace between the expansible layer and the back plate. The method includes removably mounting the substantially rigid plate onto the person's belt and at least partially surrounding the cell phone with elastic material and capturing the cell phone between the material and the rigid plate.

Abstract: A belt clip apparatus for releasably holding a portable device on a user's apparel has a base member with a latch opening for receiving a lock pin projecting from the portable device, a clip for securing the base member to the wearer's apparel, and a latch member movably mounted in the base member for movement between a first position locking the lock pin in the latch opening, and a released position permitting the lock pin to be removed from the latch opening. A manually operable actuator linked to the latch member can be actuated by a user to move the latch member between the locked and released positions. The actuator is moved in a generally horizontal direction transverse to the hanging direction in order to release the latch member. A biasing device biases the latch member towards the locked position.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a composite form and a method of printing the form. The composite form has a paper component and a flexible magnetic sheet component that are adhered to one another. Abstract: An improved hydration system for runners that provides superior motion control and easy dispensing. Fluid is contained within a flexible bladder and pack, and attached to the waist. The pack is constructed of comfortable, elastic, and thermally-insulating fabric. When attached to the waist, tension in the fabric compresses the bladder against the user and dampens motion. Uniform distribution of fluid in the bladder contributes to motion control and is provided by a flexible plastic compression plate and snap elements that pinch the lower portion of the bladder. The snap elements can be disengaged to allow the bladder to be fully expanded for easy cleaning and drying. Fluid is dispensed from a small waist-mounted squeeze bottle that fills automatically from the bladder via fluid coupling elements. Check valves ensure that fluid flows unidirectionally from bladder to bottle to user, and prevent air infiltration into the squeeze bottle and bladder.
