摘要： A method and apparatus for supporting Non-Access Stratum (NAS) communication between a User Equipment (UE) and a Mobility Management Entity (MME) efficiently by addressing signaling problems occurring between the UE and the MME in a situation where it is necessary for a network node to identify the UE information, from another network node to which the UE has been attached, are provided. The method is implemented with a UE, an MME, and an old MME or an old Serving General Packet Radio Service Support Node (SGSN) to which the UE has been attached before so as to facilitate discovering a best node using the UE information acquired from the old MME or old SGSN during communication between the UE and the network, resulting in a reduction of a communication delay between the UE and network and an improvement of communication efficiency.

摘要： A display apparatus for viewing a portion of a web page and a control method thereof is provided. The display apparatus divides the web page into at least a plurality of first blocks which may be individually displayed on the display apparatus so a user can more easily view the contents of the web page. The display apparatus may further divide at least one of the plurality of first blocks into a plurality of second blocks such that the size of the plurality of second blocks is less than a size of a screen of the display apparatus. The plurality of second blocks may also be formed to avoid dividing objects on the web page. The user may provide instructions to control the display apparatus to view one or more blocks corresponding to the desired portions of the web page.

摘要： A wireless charger charges a storage battery of a portable electronic device in a wireless manner (non-contacting or contact-less) so that a variation of charging efficiency is not serious though the storage battery is placed any position of the wireless charger. The wireless charger is provided with a primary coil for generating a magnetic field so as to charge a subject, which is provided with a secondary coil, by means of inductive coupling with the secondary coil. The primary coil includes an outer coil arranged with a predetermined winding number and a predetermined size; and at least one inner coil arranged to be included inside the outer coil. The outer coil and the inner coil are arranged so that, when a primary current is applied to the outer coil and the inner coil, magnetic fluxes generated in the outer coil and the inner coil are formed in the same direction.

摘要： Disclosed is a scaffold including a semi-permeable membrane on an outer surface thereof. The present invention also discloses a method of preparing a scaffold covered with a semi-permeable membrane, including loading one or more scaffolds into a mold with a predetermined form and size; and adding a semi-permeable agent and a cross-linking agent to the mold and cross-linking the semi-permeable agent to form the semi-permeable membrane on the outer surface of each of the scaffolds. The scaffold covered with the semi-permeable membrane selectively introduces nutrients into the scaffold by allowing penetration of only external nutrients into the scaffold and excreting metabolic wastes generated by tissue cells to the outside of the scaffold. In addition, the scaffold has the morphology of a biological tissue of interest by cross-linking the small-sized scaffolds, thereby allowing uniform proliferation of tissue cells throughout the whole scaffold.
