    摘要: A fuel injection control device controls the calculated fuel injection quantity depending upon the load condition of the engine such that the fuel injection quantity demanded by the engine can be established. This fuel injection quantity is determined based upon engine speed, intake air temperature, engine temperature, the atmospheric pressure of the intake air, and the throttle opening. When the detected intake air temperature is high for a high load condition of the engine, an intake air temperature correction factor is set such that the intake air temperature is less influential upon the establishment of the fuel injection quantity. Moreover, during acceleration, an acceleration incremental fuel injection quantity is calculated based upon different water temperature correction factors. When an engine temperature is low, the fuel injection quantity demanded by the engine is very large. Accordingly, the fuel injection control device utilizes a second water temperature correction factor which is set to be larger than a first water temperature correction factor at low engine temperatures. Thus, the fuel injection quantity for acceleration of the engine at low engine temperatures can be established in accordance with the demand by the engine.

    摘要: A throttle-valve control apparatus is provided for allowing switching from an ordinary-combustion state to an AR-combustion state or vice versa to take place with ease in an AR-combustible spark-ignition two-cycle engine wherein, at least during a light-load operation, a compression-start pressure is properly controlled in order to let fresh air in a combustion chamber self-ignite so as to undergo active thermal atmosphere combustion. A throttle drum is linked to a throttle grip through a wire. The throttle drum is also linked to a throttle valve through a linking mechanism. An arm forms a single body with the throttle drum. An adjustment screw is fixed at the end of the arm. A cam is supported at such a location that the cam can be brought into contact with the adjustment screw. A pulley forms a single body with the cam. A cable which is wound around the pulley is linked to a throttle-valve servo motor. In ordinary combustion ignited by spark ignition, the cam is erected, preventing the throttle opening rate .theta..sub.th of the throttle valve from decreasing to a value smaller than, typically, 17%.

    摘要: An internal combustion engine intake system employing a mixture supply chamber associated with the intake passage. A control valve is disclosed as being located between the mixture supply chamber and the intake passage which is responsively controlled by vacuum within the intake passage through a diaphragm device and by throttle linkage. A resilient link is included in the linkage associated with the throttle to isolate abrupt throttle changes from the control valve. Through these controls, the mixture supply chamber is effectively regulated for employment under advantageous conditions and disablement under other specific conditions.

    摘要: A secondary air introducing device for an engine including a cylinder, an associated piston, and a secondary air introducing hole formed in a side wall of the cylinder in such a manner that said hole is located near the bottom dead center of the piston and is opened and closed by the piston. The secondary air introducing hole is made to communicates through inlet passages with the atmosphere, so that the external air is introduced into the cylinder through the secondary air introducing hole by a negative pressure which is produced in the cylinder at the end of a suction stroke of said engine, and a control valve means opened and closed according to variations in load of the engine is provided in the inlet passages, thus controlling an amount of air introduced therein.
