    摘要: A control unit for pneumatic actuation of a cylinder, in particular an active creel of a textile-processing machine or a cabling machine, having a compressed air inlet for connecting a compressed air supply, a working air outlet for operating the cylinder, which acts at least on one side, a valve unit arranged between the compressed air inlet and the working air outlet, and an operating element for opening the valve unit to trigger a lifting movement of the cylinder. In order to provide a control unit for pneumatic actuation of an active creel, the actuation of the creel being particularly simple by the control unit, so that an operator can use the creel more easily, quickly and safely, and in addition the creel is protected from damage by incorrect operation, the control unit for achieving a self-retaining valve function, in which the lifting movement of the cylinder is fully executed with a single and/or brief actuation of the operating element, and for the control unit is connected to an end position sensor of the cylinder such that, when the end position sensor is activated, the valve unit is closed and/or the cylinder connected to the working air outlet is automatically depressurized when or after an end position is reached.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a transport vehicle for a textile mill having a driving unit which is designed to drive autonomously to a defined destination within a textile mill, a carrying unit which is arranged on the driving unit, the carrying unit having an upper carrying surface facing away from the driving unit for carrying a unit to be transported which can have a textile material loaded onto it and unloaded from it. The transport vehicle further has a loading and unloading device with a loading and unloading arm having a conveyor unit for loading the textile material onto the unit to be transported and unloading the textile material from it. In order to be able to handle textile material within a textile mill in an improved manner, there is provision for the unit to be transported to be formed by a package buffer fixed on the upper carrying surface and each having a plurality of storage points for storing at least one wound or non-wound tube body, and/or by a tube handling unit fixedly arranged on the carrying unit at least for autonomously handling the tube body which can be stored in at least one storage point arranged on the upper carrying surface. In this case, the loading and unloading device is fixed to the carrying unit, in particular to the upper carrying surface, or to the unit to be transported, in which case the storage point can be loaded and unloaded by the loading and unloading device with the tube body.

    摘要: A method for starting a spindle of a cabling or two-for-one twisting machine, wherein a yarn reserve is formed on a take-up package, the machine has a workstation having a spindle pot for holding a first feed package and having a spindle rotor with a lateral outlet below the spindle pot, an outer yarn from one feed package is wound around an inner yarn from another feed package and the outer yarn is guided through the spindle shaft and its lateral outlet in a balloon orbiting the spindle pot to a yarn-guiding device above the spindle which merges the two yarn supplies, and a winding device in which the produced twist is wound onto the take-up package. A ratio of the take-up speed of the twist to the rotation speed of the spindle rotor is increased in comparison with the production data is used during creation of the yarn reserve.
