Abstract:
Disclosed is a temporary pavement marker for pavement surface treatment of existing pavement. The temporary pavement marker may include a base configured to be placed against the existing pavement. An upright section may be connected to the base. The upright section may include a bridge connected between a first upright and a second upright to form a treatment passageway. The bridge, the first upright, the second upright, and the base may be positioned around the treatment passageway.
Abstract:
A portable endothermic caulk warmer for warming at least one tube of endothermic caulk. This caulk warmer having an insulated housing, at least one AC heating pad, a AC/DC power inverter and a DC rechargeable battery.
Abstract:
An arrowhead assembly comprising an elongated body with longitudinally oriented slots spaced about the periphery of the body, and a bore extending inwardly from a forward end of the body. The slots have an opening portion which extends deep enough into the body to open into the bore. Removable blades are engaged in the slots. Each blade has a rearwardly projecting tongue extending into the bore through the opening portion of the slot. The blades are secured in place by a removable tip screwed onto the forward end of the body.
Abstract:
A control mechanism suitable for actuating a power operated lock. The control mechanism includes key-engageable surfaces which are shielded from direct access by way of a key-receiving tunnel. The control mechanism is operable by means of a key having a slotted end portion pivotally attached to a shank portion.
Abstract:
A golf shoe and golf club cleaning device particularly adapted for attachment to a golf bag or other convenient surface. The device includes a brush handle having soft bristles embedded in one face thereof and stiff bronze bristles embedded in an end wall that extends out of the general longitudinal extent of the handle at an angle thereto. The handle is tethered to a golf bag by a spring loaded cable that retracts into a casing and the cable is removably attached to a golf bag. By this arrangement, the brush is securely fastened to the golf bag or other convenient surface during normal play.
Abstract:
A seat cover for stadium style seats of the type having a seat back and a seat base movable between a lowered and a raised position includes an elongate body of durable fabric having a first end and a second end. The first end is removably affixable to the seat back of the stadium style seat, and the second end is removably affixable to the front edge of the seat base of the stadium style seat. The elongate body, when the first end is affixed to the seat back and the second end is affixed to the seat base when the seat base is in its down position, forms a hammock style sling for a person to sit on.
Abstract:
A paint brush having a ball-and-socket connection between its head and handle. The handle has a ball configuration at one end which fits into a socket in the base of the brush head to form the ball-and-socket connection. The base of the head is fitted with a wing nut having a concave forward end designed to fit congruently against the surface of the ball. The wing nut can be moved into and out of tight contact with the ball by hand. This permits universal adjustment of the head, with respect to the handle, and locking of the head in any position of adjustment.
Abstract:
A continuous uninterrupted power supply (UPS) having microprocessor control DC circuitry is disclosed. The UPS comprises a regulator for converting an AC line signal to a regulated DC signal. The regulator may include an AC/DC converter connected to an AC input line for converting the AC input signal for generating a DC signal from an AC input signal. A filter circuit is provided within the regulator for filtering the converted DC signal. A backup DC source and a series diode are also provided within the regulator for connecting a backup source to the converted DC signal when the DC signal is less than a predetermined signal level. A DC/DC converter is provided within the regulator for controlling the converted DC signal level. A DC/AC converter is connected to the regulator for receiving the regulated DC signal and generating an output AC signal therefrom. A microprocessor controller regulates the operation of the DC/AC converter. The microprocessor controller is connected to the DC/AC converter by means of a plurality of control line pairs, each control line pair including an unfiltered control line and a return line disposed proximate thereto.
