摘要: The invention relates to a homogenizing valve which comprises two or more pressurized, movable valve cones, two or more valve seats, and a valve housing which surrounds the valve cones and the valve seats. The valve cones and the valve seats are arranged such that between them are formed constrictions, which constitute homogenization gaps having a gap height h. Between each individual valve cone and each individual valve seat are formed two homogenization gaps, of which one homogenization gap is radially arranged and one homogenization gap is axially arranged. The homogenizing valve is intended for use in existing homogenizers and is especially produced to be able to acquire an effective homogenization for liquids which are processed at a lower pressure and with a large flow, such as pasteurized milk, for example.

摘要: A membrane filter comprises one or several tubular flow channels (1) for liquid which is to be treated in the filter. The walls of the flow channels consist on the inner side of membranes, which are supported by a supporting structure. An outer casing (2) surrounds the flow channels and limits a collection space (5) for permeate between the casing and the flow channels. According to the invention the flow channels (1) and the said collection space (5) are connected to separate outer circuits, comprising pumps to bring the liquid which is to be filtered (retentate) as well as permeate to circulate concurrently pass the membrane filter. The collection space is filled by filling bodies, which constitute an essential mechanical hinder for the flow of circulating permeate. Means in the form of disks (8) provided with holes, which abut against the outer casing, are arranged at the inlet to the flow channels. These means are arranged to retain the filling bodies in the collection space and distribute the flow of circulating permeate over the same.

摘要: The invention relates to a damper device for a piston pump. The device includes a partly air-filled, upright tube placed on the inlet conduit of the piston pump, and a partly air-filled, upright tube placed on the outlet conduit of the piston pump. The two upright tubes are interconnected with each other by means of a tube on which a shut-off valve is disposed. Each of the upright tubes is connected to a blower valve, respectively. Both of the blower valves are connected to a common compressed air source. The damper device may be adapted in a simple manner for aseptic operation and/or elevated product pressure.

摘要: The invention relates to a method of homogenization of a pressured liqueform emulsion, such as milk. The liquid is caused to pass at least two concentrically placed homogenization gaps (12, 13) which are form in the space between two narrow surface (10, 11)on a fixed valve seat (2) and two narrow surfaces (14, 15) on a movable valve cone (1). When the liquid passes out the homogenization gaps (12, 13) a first homogenization takes place. The homogenization is rendered more efficient in that the liquid, when it passes out from one of the homogenization gaps (12) at high speed and in a restricted space meets the liquid out from one or more of the other homogenization gaps (13).

摘要: A method for producing milk with a lowered bacterial content is provided. Raw milk is divided by centrifugal separation into one fraction consisting of cream and another fraction consisting of skim milk. The skim milk fraction is directed into a microfilter in which part of the fat globules, protein, and bacteria are separated off. From the microfilter there is obtained a permeate which consists of skim milk having a lowered fat, protein and bacterial content, and a retentate having an increased fat, protein and bacterial content. The retentate is subsequently sterilized.

摘要: Milk to be standardized is fed continuously to a centrifugal separator which discharges separate flows of skim milk and cream; and the density of the separated cream is maintained substantially constant by continuously measuring such density and using these density measurements to control one of the separate flows. Pipelines leading from these separate flows to a mixing zone are provided with meters for measuring the flow rates of the skim milk and cream, respectively; and a quotient controller operatively connected to the flow meters controls the flow through one of the pipelines to maintain the quotient of the respective flow rates substantially constant.
