    Abstract: To appropriately determine a trouble occurring in a network. A network system acquires an output obtained when input data including an index acquired from a target network is input to a cause inference model. The cause inference model is one of a plurality of cause inference models. The plurality of cause inference models respectively correspond to a plurality of groups into which a plurality of networks have been classified and are trained based on training data including input data including an index acquired for each corresponding group and ground truth data indicating a cause of a trouble. The input cause inference model corresponds to a group to which the target network of the plurality of networks belongs. The network system executes a process for responding to a trouble that has occurred in the target network based on the output of the trouble cause inference model for the target network.

    Abstract: A system and method are provided for modifying the C-state of processors in nodes within an O-Cloud infrastructure of a telecommunications network. The method includes: obtaining, by a federated O-Cloud orchestration and management module (FOCOM), a request to modify a C-state of a processor of an O-Cloud node within the O-Cloud infrastructure of the telecommunications network; sending, by the FOCOM, a request to modify the C-state of the processor of the O-Cloud node via an O2 interface to an infrastructure management service module (IMS); receiving, by the IMS via the O2 interface, the request to modify the C-state of the processor of the O-Cloud node; controlling, by the IMS, implementation of the request to modify the C-state of the processor of the O-Cloud node; and sending, by the IMS to the FOCOM via the O2 interface, a confirmation of the C-state modification of the processor of the O-Cloud node.

    Abstract: A system and method provide for automated management of policies in an application platform. A plurality of policy groups are established, each according to a set of included policies and a set of assigned application groups, where each policy defines a requirement and an automated response, and each application group is defined according to a rule to determine whether an application is contained within. A configuration file for each policy group associates each assigned application group with each included policy. An automatic configuration, according to the configuration file for each of the policy groups, configures an admission controller of the application platform to selectively test an application contained within an application group and designated for deployment to the application platform, to determine whether it meets the requirement of each policy associated with the application group, and to selectively execute the automated response based on a failure to fulfill the requirement.

    Abstract: An apparatus is configured to process user credentials received by way of a graphical user interface output by a display, retrieve a user profile associated with the user credentials from a database, and access a central repository to retrieve stored data based on the user profile. The apparatus is also configured to cause a list of the stored data corresponding to the user profile to be displayed. The stored data is displayed according to a plurality of sortable parameters indicative of the stored data included in the list. The apparatus is further configured to process a user input received by way of the graphical user interface to add new data to the central repository, cause a configuration profile user interface to be output by the display, and cause the new data to be added to the central repository and sorted according to a generated configuration profile.

    Abstract: To facilitate external access to a certain network while maintaining a high security level, a communication system authorizes, based on a permission request relating to a terminal connectable to a network slice of a closed network, the network slice of the closed network as a network slice to which connection via a specified radio device which is a part of a plurality of base station radio devices is permitted (S103 and S104). After the network slice of the closed network is added, the communication system sets a communication path between the terminal connected to the network slice of the closed network via the specified radio device and a service system connected to the network slice of the closed network (S204). After communication via the specified radio device is finished, the communication system cancels the authorization of the network slice of the closed network as the network slice to which connection via the specified radio device is permitted (S303 and S304).

    Abstract: A method includes processing event data to detect a status of a network function. The event data is processed based on two or more conditions defined by a correlation policy. The correlation policy includes a non-deterministic finite automata tree (NFAT) structure correlation policy having a policy type and a logic-gate. The method additionally includes determining the policy type of the NFAT structure correlation policy. The method also includes determining whether a first value of the two or more conditions is indicative of whether a first condition is satisfied.     Abstract: Satellite signal propagation delay variation can be compensated by transmitting ephemeris data of a satellite and cell measurement window specifications to a terminal, receiving an indication from the terminal that a cell measurement signal will arrive at the terminal outside of a time frame defined by the cell measurement window specifications, modifying the cell measurement window specifications based on a difference in propagation delay between a serving cell, which defines the cell measurement window specifications, and a neighboring cell, which transmits the cell measurement signal, so that the cell measurement signal will arrive at the terminal within the time frame defined by the cell measurement window specifications, the satellite providing communication with the terminal for at least one of the serving cell and the neighboring cell, and transmitting modified cell measurement window specifications to the terminal.
