    Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, apparatuses, and computer-readable mediums for rendering a dynamic user interface (UI). In an aspect, a method comprises obtaining a plurality of resources of an entity, and presenting the plurality of resources to a user. The method further comprises receiving, from the user, at least one request to include one or more resources of the plurality of resources in a UI view. The method further comprises creating, based on the at least one request from the user, a UI configuration of the UI view. The UI configuration comprises view information, in a JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) format, of the one or more resources of the plurality of resources to be included in the UI view. The method further comprises generating an identifier for the UI view, associating the identifier of the UI view with the entity, and storing the UI configuration in a database.

    Abstract: An Open Radio Access Network (O-RAN) includes: an O-RAN Radio Unit (O-RU) configured to transmit radio signals to user equipment; an O-RAN Distributed Unit (O-DU) configured to perform baseband processing; and a fronthaul network, wherein the O-RU and the O-DU are nodes of the fronthaul network, and wherein the O-RU and the O-DU are configured to communicate over the fronthaul network; wherein the O-DU is configured to transmit a one-way delay measurement message to the O-RU on the fronthaul network, wherein the one-way delay measurement message includes a value that is based on a hardware time stamp that was inserted immediately prior to transmission of the one-way delay measurement message; and wherein the O-RU is configured to transmit a response to the one-way delay measurement message to the O-DU, wherein the response includes a second value that is based on a second hardware time stamp generated when the O-RU received the one-way delay measurement message from the fronthaul network.

    Abstract: An acceptable coverage limit of a base station is identified by retrieving a list of cells that are served by a first base station. Grids are generated from the first base station to a predetermined threshold distance. A plurality of selected grids is identified between an acceptable coverage limit and a threshold distance. An average reference signal is determined from the plurality of selected grids. An evaluation is made regarding whether the first base station is the dominant cell in each of the selected grids. The number of grids the selected grids where the first base station is the dominant cell site is determined based on a dominant carrier threshold. A column of grids is determined where the first base station is not the dominant cell site. An acceptable coverage limit of the cell is determined based on the distance from the first base station and the column of grids.

    Abstract: A UE reports an ECGI of a target eNB/gNB missing an X2/Xn interface to a source eNB/gNB. The source eNB/gNB sends a configuration transfer message to a network element to get the X2/Xn interface TNLA of the target eNB/gNB. The source eNB/gNB initiates an initial backoff timer and an exponential backoff multiplier. The source eNB/gNB determines whether the TNLA discovery procedure time is equal to or greater than a current backoff time, the current backoff time being equal to a previous backoff period multiplied by the exponential backoff multiplier. The source eNB/gNB may resend the configuration transfer message to the network element when a previous TNLA discovery procedure time for the same ECGI is equal to or greater than the current backoff time, and not resend the configuration transfer message to the network element when the previous TNLA discovery procedure time is less than the current backoff time.

    Abstract: A data payload is generated to describe an event, and includes a priority value indicating a level of urgency for response. Text-based notifications are generated to have text content based on the payload contents and formatted according to a format standard for one or more text transmission services, and then transmitted to user devices. Additionally, audio-based notifications, having audio content based on the payload contents, are selectively generated and transmitted based on the priority value of the data payload, on an elapsing of a time duration associated with the priority value of the data payload, and on acknowledgment states of the user devices. In this manner, a two-stage event notification providing both text-based notifications and escalated audio-based notifications is achieved.
