摘要： A high efficiency cooking system includes a thermal enclosure having an open mouth at its front, the mouth in communication with the ambient atmosphere, the enclosure having hinged frontal doors below the open mouth, an interior of doors defining an upward air path provided by an air blower for blowing air upwardly through vertical channels within the doors, across the open mouth, into an exhaust assembly above the top of the mouth, and an exhaust assembly for expelling air into the atmosphere. Also included is a horizontal high thermal conductivity panel formed of a stone-like material, positioned on a complemental support, axially journaled on a rigid shaft, rotated by a gear motor. 摘要： An air curtain door system for inhibiting heat and exhaust exiting from an access opening of an oven includes a door panel which has an access opening and a mantle attached to a bottom end of the access opening, the mantle having an air outlet slot extending horizontally along the access opening; an air inlet opening near a lower end of the door panel; a hollow chamber within the door panel disposed from the mantle to near the lower end of the door panel; an air supply means for providing air supply to the hollow chamber through the air inlet opening; and an exhaust venting assembly adjacent to an upper end of the door panel, for pulling air exiting from the air outlet slot into the exhaust venting assembly, thereby forming an air curtain covering the access opening at the interior side of the door panel.

摘要： A slicer comprising a power base and a removable food support assembly. The food support assembly comprises a support base, a product tray, product tray slides, a bearing assembly, an adjustable plate, a gauge plate adjuster, and a blade. The power base comprises individual supports, a switch unit, a power cable, and a drive motor assembly having a blade drive coupling system. After setting the adjustable plate to the desired thickness using the gauge plate adjuster, the user switches the switch unit to the “on” position to initiate the drive motor assembly, which rotates the blade drive coupling system and, in turn, causes the blade to turn and slice the food product. Once the food product has been sliced, the removable food support assembly is removed from the power base and immersed in water or inserted into a dishwasher for faster, safer, more efficient, and more sanitary cleaning.

The system, more particularly, includes elements for detecting and identifying the selected frequencies transmitted from the wireless device; a subsystem for blocking the frequencies which are received by the device; elements for electronic communication between the detecting elements and the blocking elements; and an actuator for the blocking elements. The system must be situated within sufficient physical relationship to the wireless communication device to permit reception of frequencies generated by it and the transmission, without use of unacceptable power levels, of blocking noise.

摘要： A fry basket and liner apparatus for immersion in cooking oil in a fryer includes a fry basket formed of wire basket mesh for retaining items to be cooked; a basket liner fit within the basket and including liner mesh having a grid finer than the basket mesh for retaining particles of fried matter separated from the food items, while the basket is immersed in the cooking oil within the fryer; so that the particles do not collect on interior surfaces of the fryer. The fry basket preferably additionally includes a hinged mesh lid forming a basket lid; and a wire handle having a trigger mechanism including structure for opening the lid. The fry basket preferably additionally includes a lid biasing spring connected to the lid in such a manner as to close the basket lid automatically. The basket lid preferably includes a lid hinge and an overlapping lid end protruding beyond the basket rim and the lid hinge; and the basket lid opening trigger mechanism preferably includes a lever abutting or hingedly connected to the overlapping lid end; a lever fulcrum secured to a fulcrum point along the length of the handle creating a lever ratio swinging the basket lid open upon gripping and squeezing the handle and lever together to pivot the lever toward the handle.

The upper receiver is proportioned for complemental receipt of the heating panel. At, or integrally secured to, the bottom of the upper receiver, and situated polarly symmetrically about the axle, is a cradle proportioned for complemental fit upon a male drive shaft at an uppermost end of the axle. Due to the weight of the heating panel and its slow rate of rotation within the carousel oven, the force of gravity of the heating panel is sufficient to maintain the upper receiver and its cradle upon the male drive plate even in the absence of positive securement between the elements. Alternatively, the heating panel is entirely replaced by a grill-like surface, secured above or below the diametric strips to permit the grilling of types of meat or food other than those typically cooked upon the thermal plate panel. In to the grill-like surface may be formed pie-like recesses into which pods are placed, each provided with different quantity or type of food.
