    摘要： A slicer comprising a power base and a removable food support assembly. The food support assembly comprises a support base, a product tray, product tray slides, a bearing assembly, an adjustable plate, a gauge plate adjuster, and a blade. The power base comprises individual supports, a switch unit, a power cable, and a drive motor assembly having a blade drive coupling system. After setting the adjustable plate to the desired thickness using the gauge plate adjuster, the user switches the switch unit to the “on” position to initiate the drive motor assembly, which rotates the blade drive coupling system and, in turn, causes the blade to turn and slice the food product. Once the food product has been sliced, the removable food support assembly is removed from the power base and immersed in water or inserted into a dishwasher for faster, safer, more efficient, and more sanitary cleaning.

On the side remote from the support plate, the separating wall encloses the guide space (F) in which the sliding rail is disposed, wherein the first support element (15a) is supported from beneath on the surface of a first separating wall section (16a) that runs beneath the support plate parallel to the plane (A) of the support plate, and the second support element (15b) is supported laterally against a second separating wall section (16b) that is angled with respect to the first separating wall section. This arrangement allows improved cleaning options, simplified maintenance and simple operation of the carriage, combined with a compact design and optimum work protection.

    摘要： This invention is a work carriage used with a cutting tool's table surface to make straight-line cuts. The device responds to the need for cutting a wide range of angles and positions on workpieces of different sizes and shapes more accurately, consistently, and safely. The invention consists of a main support which rides on a slide attached to the table surface's guide slot using a wedging action to fill the width of the guide slot. Clamps hold the workpiece to the main support along a t-shaped channel. Once set up, the main support moves precisely along the slide parallel to the guide slot and cutting plane. The main support also has threaded holes to attach workpiece stops and a fence, as needed, for making, consistent cuts. A secondary support is used to provide the necessary support with a larger workpiece that has a center of mass beyond the main support.

When the secondary table is attached, the supporting area for the work-piece is increased resulting in increased stability and increased cutting accuracy.
