Abstract:
A method for automatically dividing trademark figurative element codes is disclosed, including: establishing a sample trademark library and establishing a corresponding relationship between sample trademarks and division data for figurative element codes of known filed/registered figurative trademarks; extracting and processing image feature information of the sample trademarks, and establishing a corresponding relationship between the sample trademarks and the extracted image feature information; extracting and processing image feature information of a trademark to be identified; performing a matching retrieval by taking the image feature information of the trademark to be identified as a retrieval condition, and finding out a sample trademark with a highest similarity degree to the image feature information of the trademark to be identified, and a corresponding trademark figurative element code; outputting the trademark figurative element code corresponding to the sample trademark with a highest similarity degree to the image feature information of the trademark to be identified as a figurative element code of the trademark to be identified. By means of the method, the trademark figurative element codes of a figurative trademark can be automatically divided.
Abstract:
A trademark retrieval method, comprising: establishing a sample trademark library and establishing a correlation between sample trademarks and division data for figurative element codes of known pending or registered figurative trademarks; extracting and processing image feature information about the sample trademarks, and establishing a correlation between the sample trademarks and the extracted image feature information; extracting image feature information about a trademark to be retrieved; carrying out matching retrieval by taking the image feature information as a retrieval condition, and finding out a sample trademark reaching a pre-determined similarity degree, and a sample trademark with the highest similarity degree and a corresponding figurative element code; acquiring and confirming a figurative element code of the trademark to be retrieved; taking the figurative element code as a retrieval condition to carry out matching retrieval, and finding out a matching sample trademark; collecting a result retrieved by taking the image feature information as the retrieval condition and a result retrieved by taking the figurative element code as the retrieval condition; and sequencing the collected trademarks according to the similarity degree of the image feature information. By means of the present disclosure, the standardised retrieval of figurative trademarks can be realised.
Abstract:
Optical waveguide coupling ratios can be modified for a package by providing a substrate with a photonic circuit disposed on a first section of the substrate and a plurality of optical waveguides formed in glass disposed on a second section of the substrate, the waveguides being connected to the photonic circuit, adjacent ones of the waveguides having a fixed coupling ratio. A three-dimensional region of the glass abutting an end of one or more of the waveguides is lased to change a refractive index of the glass in each three-dimensional region, and thereby extend a length of each waveguide abutting one of the three-dimensional regions so that the coupling ratio between that waveguide and an adjacent waveguide is changed as a function of the extended length. The lasing is controlled based on feedback so that each coupling ratio changed by the lasing varies by less than a target amount.
Abstract:
The present invention is directed to compounds of formula I-II and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, esters, and prodrugs thereof which are inhibitors of syk and/or JAK kinase. The present invention is also directed to intermediates used in making such compounds, the preparation of such a compound, pharmaceutical compositions containing such a compound, methods of inhibition syk and/or JAK kinase activity, methods of inhibition the platelet aggregation, and methods to prevent or treat a number of conditions mediated at least in part by syk and/or JAK kinase activity, such as undesired thrombosis and Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma.

Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a switch unit and a power generation system thereof. The switch unit includes a contact switch having a main contact and a control terminal, where the control terminal receives a first drive signal to turn on the contact switch; and a bi-directional controllable switch structure, which is connected in parallel to two ends of the main contact of the contact switch and receives one or more second drive signals to turn on the switch structure. When the switch unit performs a turn-off operation, the bi-directional controllable switch structure provides a commutation bypass for the contact switch, so as to protect the contact switch.
Abstract:
A user behavior model provides personalized recommendations based in part on time and location, particularly to users of mobile devices. Entity types are ranked according to relevance to the user. Example entity types are restaurant, hotel, etc. The relevance may be based on reference to a large-scale database containing queries from other users. Additionally, entities within each entity type may be ranked based on relevance to the user and the time and location context. A user interface may display a ranked list of entity types, such as restaurant, hotel, etc., wherein each entity type is represented by a highest-ranked entity with the entity type. Thus, the user interface may display a highest-ranked restaurant, a highest-ranked hotel, etc. Upon user selection of one such entity type the user interface is replaced with a second user interface, for example showing a ranked hierarchy of restaurants, headed by the highest-ranked restaurant.
Abstract:
A method for etching features in a silicon layer disposed below a mask in a plasma processing chamber a plurality of cycles is provided. A deposition phase forming a deposition on the silicon layer in the plasma processing chamber is provided comprising providing a deposition gas into the plasma processing chamber wherein the deposition gas comprises a halogen containing etchant component and a fluorocarbon deposition component, forming the deposition gas into a plasma, which provides a net deposition on the silicon layer, and stopping the flow of the deposition gas. A silicon etch phase is provided, comprising providing a silicon etch gas into the plasma processing chamber that is different than the deposition gas, forming the silicon etch gas into a plasma to etch the silicon layer, and stopping the flow of the silicon etch gas.
