The mounting member is located between the first side plate and the installation piece to prevent the mounting member from moving along a direction substantially perpendicular to the first side plate. According to the technical solution of the present invention, when the UE is connected to a serving gateway (SGW) through a serving general packet radio service support node (SGSN), the SGSN and the SGW set up a bearer between the UE and the PGW.
