摘要： An electrical cable (3) for a linear motor has an electrically highly conductive metallic conductor (6), an inner conductive layer (7) that surrounds the metallic conductor, an insulating layer (8) arranged above the inner conductive layer, an outer conductive layer (9) that surrounds the insulation, a sheath (10) made of insulating material, which has been rendered electrically conductive, arranged above the outer conductive layer, and an electrically conductive intermediate layer arranged between the outer conductive layer and the sheath. To allow simple adaptation to different operating voltages, the intermediate layer (11) includes of a nonwoven material that has a thickness of about 300-600 μm and an electrical resistance of about 150-500 Ω/m.

The connection line (L) is designed as a three-phase line with three insulated electrical conductors (1, 2, 3), of which each has an electrical individual sheath (5) which is in contact with its insulation means (4) and is closed all the way around. An electrical outer sheath (7) which surrounds the three sheathed conductors (1, 2, 3) and is closed all the way around is also provided and a coupling element which is equipped with electrical contacts which are insulated from one another is fitted at least to one end of the connection line (L) in a moisture-tight manner, and the electrical conductors (1, 2, 3), their individual sheaths (5) and the outer sheath (7) are electrically conductively connected to the contacts of the said coupling element.

At least one metal strand of an electrically highly conductive material that has electrically highly conductive contact with the conductive sheath of the cables and serves as a grounding conductor is present over the whole length of a stator. The stator includes the inductor and the three cables, which are connected to form a three-phase winding. The intermediate layer is formed from nonwoven material that has a thickness of about 300 μm-600 μm and an electrical resistance of about 150 Ω/m-500 Ω/m. The value of the electrical resistance of the intermediate layer is greater than the corresponding resistance value of the strand used as the grounding conductor.

摘要： A device for signal transmission includes two terminals, between which a flat ribbon line (10) is arranged, which runs in turns, forms a winding body, is housed in an essentially circular cassette, and has at least two parallel, spaced conductors (15) embedded in a sheath (16) made of insulating material. The cassette consists of a rotor that can rotate about the axis of the cassette, on which rotor one of the terminals is attached, and of a stationary stator, on which the other terminal is attached. The winding body of the flat ribbon line is arranged between the stator and rotor. To reduce the sliding friction between the flat ribbon line (10) and the plastic parts of the cassette, the sheath (16) of the flat ribbon line (10) is covered all the way around and over its entire length by a thin layer (17) of a cross-linked insulating material with very good antifriction properties.
