In general, use of disclosed systems and methods provide for repositioning (refocusing) the hydraulic fracturing operation amongst multiple wells may be achieved. In one example, a system to reroute fracturing fluid from a source to various wells at a well site may be provided. The use of adapters and quick clamp connections allow hydraulic fracturing fluid to be rerouted between various wells in a manner to decrease the cost and reduce hazards associated with changing hydraulic fracturing locations. Modular components of the system (and an overall modular design of the system itself) may allow a centralized manifold to be relocated to various locations at one or more well sites.

    摘要: A system for connecting a cement string for a cementing operation, the system may include a casing spool and a lower quick connector attached to the casing spool, the lower quick connector comprising a lower body having an inner surface and at least one sealing element disposed on the inner surface of the lower body. The system may also include a cement adapter removably connected to the lower quick connector, the cement adapter comprising a cement adapter body having an outer edge that engages at least one sealing element and a radial protrusion extending outwardly from the cement adapter body and a connector clamp that engages the lower quick connector and the cement adapter to hold the cement adapter in place relative to the lower quick connector.

    摘要: The present disclosure is directed to a locking assembly to attach a quickset casing head of a wellhead assembly to a landing mandrel attached to a surface casing in a drilling operation. A locking ring, comprised of a plurality of arcuate segments, is arranged between the quickset casing head and the landing mandrel. Each of the plurality of arcuate segments is clamped down onto the landing mandrel with a plurality of radially spaced lockdown bolts fastened through the quickset casing head. The clamping enables a seal between the quickset casing head and the landing mandrel without requiring arduous welding.

    摘要: A caged ball fractionation plug for use in a wellbore with a crown engagement having a tapered nose cone and various load ring, slips, slip backups, lubricating spacers and seals can all be slidably engaged to the mandrel. Upon applying pressure, the slidably engaged components can be compressed against each other and the plug can expand and bite into the casing of the wellbore. The caged ball portion of the plug seats the ball internal to the plug to create two separate fractionation zones in the wellbore.
