    Abstract: Provided is an apparatus for observing cells including a movable image photographing device, which includes a light-transmitting culture vessel in which a plurality of light-transmitting attachment members are irregularly arranged, wherein a plurality of cells are attached to and cultured on the plurality of light-transmitting attachment members, an image photographing device movable within the housing and configured to photograph the plurality of cells attached to and cultured on the plurality of light-transmitting attachment members irregularly arranged in the light-transmitting culture vessel, and a light source irradiating light to the plurality of cells attached to and cultured on the plurality of light-transmitting attachment members irregularly arranged in the light-transmitting culture vessel, to allow the image photographing device to photograph each of the plurality of cells attached to and cultured on the plurality of light-transmitting attachment members irregularly arranged in the light-transmitting culture vessel, to be recognizable. Accordingly, not only an image of cells is obtained when a device for obtaining an image of cells is in a stopped state, but also an image of cells cultured in an area where an image of cells is difficult or impossible to obtain is obtained when the device for obtaining an image of cells is in a stopped state, thereby obtaining an image of cells cultured in all areas, not in a limited area, so that observation efficiency may be greatly improved.

    Abstract: Provided is a centrifuge including: a rotary chamber configured to rotate so that centrifugal force acts on a substance contained in the rotary chamber; a storage unit configured to store a certain component separated from the substance in the rotary chamber by the centrifugal force according to rotation of the rotary chamber; and a filter located between the storage unit and the rotary chamber and through which the certain component, which is separated from the substance in the rotary chamber by the centrifugal force according to the rotation of the rotary chamber, passes to be stored in the storage unit. The storage unit includes a return prevention unit configured to prevent the certain component, which is separated from the substance in the rotary chamber by the centrifugal force according to the rotation of the rotary chamber and is stored in the storage unit, from returning from the storage unit to the rotary chamber. The present disclosure has an effect of easily separating a certain component sought to be separated.

    Abstract: Provided is an autologous culture method of autologous stem cells according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the autologous culture method including: (a) accommodating one's own stem cells collected by a medical institution and a first culture medium in a first culture container from the medical institution to a one's own culture device; (b) controlling the culture device to establish an environment suitable for culture of stem cells; (c) observing the stem cells cultured in the first culture container of the culture device; (d) replacing the first culture medium in the first culture container; (e) separating cultured stem cells from the first culture container; and (f) accommodating separated stem cells in a second culture container with a second culture medium. Accordingly, as an individual cultures one's own stem cells by oneself, costs may be remarkably reduced, a replacement of one's own stem cells with other's stem cells may be fundamentally prevented, and an environment suitable for the culture of one's own stem cells may be provided.
