Abstract:
The strip (1) of vials for fluid products, particularly for medical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food products or the like, comprises a plurality of vials (2), each of which comprises: a containment body (4) for an injectable fluid product having an elongated direction (D); a first end (4a) able to define a dispensing mouth (5) of the fluid product; and a second end (4b) opposite the first end (4a); wherein the containment bodies (4) are made in a single monolithic body made of a first material and are joined together along the weakened-section connection lines (3), and wherein said dispensing mouths (5) consist of a stopper (24) made of a second penetrable material able to be crossed by a drawing element for drawing the fluid product.
Abstract:
The container (1) for fluid products, particularly for medical products, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food or the like, comprises: a hollow body (2) for the containment of a fluid product having a neck (3); a closing element (8) having an attachment portion (9) which, in a closing configuration, is associated with the hollow body (2) along a preset breaking line (10) adapted to allow the separation of the closing element (8) from the hollow body (2) in a separation configuration wherein on the hollow body (2) is formed an opening for the outflow of the fluid product; at least a flap element (11) for supporting information, data or logos (12), joined to the attachment portion (9) and movable between an initial configuration wherein the flap element (11) is moved away from the neck (3), and a final configuration wherein the flap element (11) is fitted at least partially around the neck (3) to form a maneuver key (13) adapted to allow the removal by tearing the closing element (8) off.
Abstract:
The vial (1) for fluid products, particularly for medicinal, pharmaceutical cosmetic, food products or the like, comprises: a hollow body (2) for the containment of a fluid product; a closing cap (5) which, in an initial configuration, is associated integral with the hollow body (2) along a pre-established breaking line (6) able to allow the separation of the closing cap (5) from the hollow body (2) in an opening configuration wherein on the hollow body (2) is obtained an outflow opening (7) of the fluid product in correspondence to the pre-established breaking line (6), the closing cap (5) comprising a substantially sheet-shaped portion (10) for supporting information, data or logos (20); and at least a steady connection brace (13), which has an extremity associated with the hollow body (2) and an opposite extremity associated with the closing cap (5) and which, in the opening configuration, is deformable without breakage and able to avoid the reciprocal moving away between the closing cap (5) and the hollow body (2) beyond a pre-established distance.
Abstract:
The packaging (1) for extemporaneous preparation products, particularly medicinal, pharmaceutical, cosmetic products or the like, comprises:a container (2, 3) containing a first substance (S1);a tank (4, 5) containing a second substance (S2) and comprising: a tank body (4); and a frangible separation partition (5); a closure body (8) which has at least one barrier layer and is associated with the tank body (4); anda perforating body (9) fitted in a sliding manner inside the tank body (4) and movable between an idle configuration spaced apart from the frangible separation partition (5) and a breakthrough configuration in which the frangible separation partition (5) and the closure body (8) are broken through by the perforating body (9) to allow the mixing of the first substance (S1) and of the second substance (S2) and the formation of a product (P).
Abstract:
The procedure for the manufacture of vials for fluid products, particularly for medical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food products or the like, comprises the steps of: forming at least a vial (1) having: at least a containment body (4) for at least a fluid product, the containment body (4) having a longitudinal direction (D), a first extremity (5) suitable for defining a dispensing mouth (6) of the fluid product and a second extremity (7) substantially tubular opposite the first extremity (5) and suitable for defining an introduction opening (8) of the fluid product having an edge (9); and at least a closing element (10) of the dispensing mouth (6); filling the containment body (4) with the fluid product with the dispensing mouth (6) closed by the closing element (10); sealing the introduction opening (8) by squeezing the edge (9) between at least two sealing elements (16) to define a sealed portion (17, 18) substantially plate-shaped; applying information, data or logos (21) on the sealed portion (17, 18).
Abstract:
A container for packaging fluid or pasty products, particularly cosmetic products, medicinal products and the like, comprising a hollow body for containing fluid or pasty products, provided with a mouth, a cap detachably associable with the body to cover the mouth, a closure for sealing the mouth, which is monolithically and detachably associated therewith, a seat for accommodating the closure, formed inside the cap, and connectors for connecting the closure to the seat, so as to prevent mutual rotation or sliding of the closure and the seat or both, the closure being disengageable from the mouth and accommodatable in the seat upon a first removal of the cap.
