    摘要: A fluid control valve includes a housing defining therein a fluid passage. The fluid control valve further includes a valve member for controlling a fluid flow in the fluid passage by communicating and blocking by the fluid passage. The fluid control valve further includes a protection member being press-inserted into the housing for protecting the housing from heat of the fluid flow in the fluid passage. The housing is formed by die casting of an aluminum material. The protection member and a wall surface, which defines the fluid passage in the housing, define therebetween a thermal insulating layer for restricting thermal transmission of the fluid flow from the protection member toward the housing.

    摘要: A fluid control valve assembly is disclosed that includes a housing, a valve with a ring-shaped groove, and a seal ring with a clearance extending between an outer diameter and an inner diameter. The seal ring includes a pair of opposing axial side surfaces and is provided in the groove. The seal ring seals against the housing when the valve is in the closed position. The valve assembly also includes a backup ring provided in the groove adjacent one of the axial side surfaces of the seal ring to thereby obstruct fluid flow through the clearance of the seal ring when the valve is in the closed position.

    摘要: An electromagnetic valve includes a valve case, a covering member, a valve member, an urging device, and an electromagnetic driving unit. The case includes a side wall; a bottom wall; an opening; a peripheral end face; a valve accommodating part eccentrically relative to a central axis of the opening; and a first port. The covering member includes a top plate part welded on the end face to cover the opening; a second port; a cylindrical part; and a valve seat on an end face of the cylindrical part. The valve member is accommodated in the accommodating part, and engaged with/disengaged from the valve seat to close/open a flow passage of fluid between the first and second ports. The case includes an auxiliary wall symmetrically to the side wall located closer to a valve axis with respect to a shorter symmetry plane. The plate part is welded on an opening-side end face of the auxiliary wall.

    摘要: A valve control device corrects a change rate of an opening degree of a valve in accordance with engine rotation speed when deposit elimination operation is performed. The valve control device corrects an inclination between a positive maximum opening degree and a negative maximum opening degree of the valve in accordance with the engine rotation speed when the deposit elimination operation is performed. Thus, when the engine rotation speed is low and a noise accompanying the deposit elimination operation becomes more audible, the change rate of the opening degree of the valve is reduced. As a result, the noise accompanying the deposit elimination operation is reduced and annoyance for vehicle occupants is reduced.

    摘要: An angular position detection apparatus, which can improve a detection accuracy of the angular position by improving a linearity of an output characteristic with respect to an angular position detection apparatus, and to downsize an outer size thereof. A permanent magnet is fixed to a side surface of a rotor core, which integrally rotates with a detection target object. An inner surface of a cylindrical portion of the rotor core is closely confronted with an outer surface of a stator core. Thus, the angular position detection apparatus is formed as a radial gap type in which magnetic flux is gone through an air gap G1 between the cylindrical portion and the stator core along a radial direction. A magnetic flux detection gap portion is formed at a center portion of the stator core so as to go through toward a diametral direction. A Hall IC is arranged in the magnetic flux detection gap portion. The permanent magnet is magnetized so that lines of magnetic force therein are parallel with each other. As a result, it can expand the range, in which the magnetic flux density in the magnetic flux detection gap portion linearly changes in proportion to the angular position of the rotor core, and it can improve the linearity of output characteristic of the Hall IC with respect to the angular position.
