    摘要: A communication device includes an calculation unit, a measuring unit, a setting unit, and a determination unit. The calculation unit calculates an index value according to each of the other communication devices for determining whether to let a wireless resource utilized for communications with the other communication device be a candidate allocated to the other communication device based on the quality of a channel to the other communication device. The measuring unit measures a congestion degree between itself and the other communication device. The setting unit calculates a threshold value for determining whether to let the wireless resource be the candidate allocated to the other communication device based on the measured congestion degree. The determination unit compares the index value with the threshold value to determine whether to let the wireless resource be the candidate allocated to the other communication device.

    摘要: A communication control method is provided which improves a wireless resource usage rate, is available to recognize a variation in wireless resource state in advance, and is available to control communication in accordance with the variation in a mobile communication system in which an MBMS and an HSDPA coexist and the same wireless resource is shared and used. A MAC-m transmits information related to a wireless resource used on an MBMS transport channel at a transmission timing of a base station to a MAC-hs before the transmission timing. The MAC-hs receives the information related to the wireless resource of the MBMS transport channel from the MAC-m. The MAC-hs calculates a wireless resource which can be used applied to data of a HSDPA transport channel at the transmission timing with using the information related to the wireless resource of the MBMS transport channel and a wireless resource to which the HSDPA transport channel is allocated. The MAC-hs controls communication of the data in accordance with the wireless resource of the calculation result.

    摘要: To alleviate interference by a transmission signal on the uplink and downlink of a femto base station to a transmission signal on the uplink and downlink of a macro base station and/or a micro base station. A mobile station 9-2 and a femto base station 5-1 located within a macrocell 6 and a microcell 7 receive the HCS priority level of the macrocell 6 and the microcell 7 from a macro base station 3 or a micro base station 4. The mobile station 9-2 selects the microcell 7 having a higher HCS priority level, and performs communication by using a radio frequency RF3. Meanwhile, the femto base station 5-1 communicates with a mobile station by using a radio frequency RF1 used in the macrocell 6 having a lower HCS priority level.
