摘要: A treatment tool for an endoscope includes a flexible sheath, with a transparent portion near a distal end thereof, which is inserted into and ejected from a treatment tool insertion channel of the endoscope, a rod-shaped treatment piece arranged into the flexible sheath, an operation wire arranged inside the flexible sheath with a distal end thereof being connected with the rod-shaped treatment piece such that the rod-shaped treatment piece is projected back and forth from the distal end of the flexible sheath by operating the operation wire, and a mobile indicator formed at the rod-shaped treatment piece or a portion of the operation wire near the distal end thereof to move along with movement of the rod-shaped treatment piece and to be visually recognized through the transparent portion of the flexible sheath from an outside of the flexible sheath.

摘要: A treatment instrument includes a first coil and a second coil that is different from said first coil. The first and second coils are connected to each other. An operation wire is inserted in the first and second coils, and a tip end of the wire is connected to a treatment device. Upon movement of the wire, the treatment device operates. A method of manufacturing such a treatment instrument includes inserting one end of the first coil and one end of the second coil in a connection pipe from opposite ends thereof, exposing both ends of the connection pipe and corresponding portions of the first and second coils. The portions exposed to the arc columns are melted and connected.

摘要: A flexible tube for an endoscope has an elongated tubular core body, and an outer cover which is provided over the core body. The outer cover is composed of an inner layer, an outer layer and at least one intermediate layer. In this flexible tube, any one of the layers is different from one of the other layers in its property. Further, at least one of the layers has a thickness-varying region where the thickness of the layer varies in its longitudinal direction. In addition, the inner layer of the outer cover has projections which are integrally formed on the inner layer so that the projections project into holes and/or the recesses formed on the core body. This structure makes it possible to produce a flexible tube for an endoscope that has high durability, high flexibility and high chemical resistance as well as excellent operationability.

摘要: A flexible tube of an endoscope includes a tubular spiral, a meshwork tube provided around the tubular spiral, and a resin sheath provided around the meshwork tube. The meshwork tube is made by netting a plurality of wire bundles, each of the bundles being made of a plurality of metal wires. At least one wire for each bundle is coated with a coating material made of thermoplastic resin. The coating material is bonded to the resin sheath and the tubular spiral by heating the resin sheath and the meshwork tube.

摘要: A manufacturing method of a lens barrel is disclosed. According to one implementation, the manufacturing method includes the following steps. A first lens holding section protrusion step inserts a first lens holding section from one end of a barrel frame to a hollow section to protrude from the other end. A second lens holding section suction step sucks a convex surface section. A first lens holding section contact step brings the planar surface section into contact with the first lens holding section. A lens holding switching step releases suction of the convex surface section, and the planar surface section is held by the first lens holding section. A barrel frame contact step moves the first lens holding section or the lens barrel so that a surrounding edge section is brought into contact with a lens receiving section.
