The bearing shaft provides only a single bearing of the non-ball bearing type for the rotor.

摘要: An apparatus for providing oxygen-enriched air at a first pressure and at a second pressure, the second pressure being greater than the first pressure. The apparatus comprises, in combination, a pressure swing adsorption system and a pressure intensifier. The pressure swing adsorption system for enriching the oxygen content of air has a pressure of at least the first pressure. The pressure swing adsorption system is adapted to provide oxygen-enriched air to a first outlet at the first pressure and to provide oxygen-enriched air to a pressure intensifier at the first pressure. The pressure intensifier pressurizes the oxygen-enriched air and provides the oxygen-enriched air to a second outlet at the second pressure.

摘要: An in-home stationary oxygen delivery system provides oxygen to patients by way of a standard oxygen concentration process and delivers the oxygen to a patient through industry standard ports such as the CGA-870 port. A unique fill nozzle is used to fill the ambulatory cylinders from the in-home oxygen concentration. A valve for the ambulatory cylinder provides a unique fill port for mating with the nozzle of the stationary unit while at the same time allowing the oxygen in the charged cylinder to be dispensed through a CGA-870 standard industry port. The valve utilizes check valves to prevent filling of the cylinders through the CGA-870 port.
