摘要: There is provided a method of efficiently accessing information located on Web pages in a ubiquitous environment such as a home, an office and on a travel. A gateway server is located between a client and Web servers for providing the contents. The gateway server traps a request of a browser operating in the client and records an access history. On the access records, the display form of a link in the contents is changed, and the service of managing the accessed information is presented to the client. Further, the user may optionally set an attribute to the contents and change the display form of the accessed link according to the set attribute.

摘要: Model data is generated from performance information sorted by day of the week, time period, and process status by a performance information analysis section and a process status analysis section. An abnormality determination section detects abnormality using appropriate model data. What the graph of an expected status is like, how much the graph of the current status that has been determined abnormal differs from the graph of the expected status, and how much the current status is like the expected status are displayed allowing a system manager to observe detailed information about abnormality determination.

摘要: In a computer system including a plurality of computers interconnected through a network, a specific computer A in the computer system manages the computer resource information and the operating condition information such as for a CPU, a file and a memory and the user resource information such as file data and a program of each computer of the computer system. When a user issues a request from a computer C to log in to the computer system, the request is reported to the computer A, and the information related to the user is returned to the computer C with reference to the user resource information held by the computer A. Then, the computer C acquires the file and the usable program held by the user in the computer system and executes a process, whereby the whole system can be used as resources of each user.

摘要: Even when the operation of web page referencing or search is discontinuous and implicit, relativity between web pages is extracted. A web relativity extraction unit is executed as a program by the processing unit of a recommendation server. The web relativity extraction unit extracts relativity between web pages about a search term related to the web pages. Further, it considers a user's information search model based on the process of accessing between web pages and quantitatively evaluates a relativity degree indicating the intensity of relativity and thereby extracts relativity between the web pages.

摘要: It is an object of the present invention to appropriately display a related document at the time when a user browses a document in a survey business using a set of documents as electronic data. A related document display system of the present invention includes a related learning controller that stores both related documents as an available related link based on a past document preparation in a set of documents in a related link storage unit (related link management information), and a recommended controller (proxy unit) that then refers, when the user browses any one of documents in the set of documents, to the related link storage unit, extracts a document having an available related link along with the browsed document, and displays the extracted document on a display unit as a document related to the browsed document.

摘要: Collecting log data efficiently by controlling the capturing event for an operation log on the basis of application layer information. A web server generates a response including an operation log capturing script and the information from an operation log capturing control definition table and a property capturing definition table, and sends the response to a client. In the client, the received information is forwarded from a web browser module to a script engine module. An operation log capturing module sets the information acquisition event handler on the basis of the forwarded information, captures a sequential operation log on the basis of the operations performed by a user in the web browser, and sends the captured sequential operation log to a log server. A log server module collects sequential operation log in an operation log table, and a log analysis module analyzes the collected logs.

摘要: The single sign-on is implemented without requiring knowledge of a lower layer such as HTTP and HTML by using a single sign-on module which stores knowledge to store single sign-on and a single sign-on server which analyzes log-in communication of an EIS (Enterprise Information System) and selects and executes an applicable single sign-on module. Since the single sign-on can be implemented without requiring knowledge of a lower layer such as HTTP and HTML from a system engineer, the single sign-on can be implemented in a short period and at low cost.
