The lenticular lens is against the central location of light source, where the light of lamp is scattered and the curvature of said lenticular lens far away light source is enlarged, then to reduce the scatter effect and achieve uniformity. The other lenticular lens also can be designed for light location and distance. Each lenticular lens is against light location, and incident light can be reflected through the angle of microstructure surface at the entrance facet, but farther location can be resulted in total refraction due to large inclined angle, and diminishing the transmission light of light source then influencing the uniformity, finally reducing total reflection of wide angle.

Provided is a high-shielding reflective film, and its manufacturing method. This film is fabricated from an optical reflective film and a polarizer. The optical reflective film and the polarizer are combined by a means of a specific scheme. The optical reflective film is formed by stacking multiple layers of dielectric optical interference films with different materials. The optical reflective film particularly applies a principle of optical interference to reflect the most of the incident light, and allow some transmission. The polarizer is to absorb half of the incident light, and allow the other half to pass through. Since the characteristics of reflection between the reflective film and the polarizer are different, the reflectance difference therefor may increase. By which, the high-shielding reflective film achieves a one-way mirror with anti-peep effect since it substantially increases the reflectance difference among the incident lights from the various directions.

A high-brightness diffusion plate with trapezoid lens applied to a direct-type backlight module is disclosed. The high-brightness diffusion plate with trapezoid lens according to the present invention consists of a diffusion plate and a plurality of trapezoid lens disposed on at least one side of the diffusion plate for improving light efficiency and diffusion effect of the diffusion plate. By the diffusion plate with trapezoid lens, the direct-type backlight module provides better light output as well as more uniform brightness. Moreover, the diffusion plate of the present invention is used in combination with all or part of optical film. The optical film includes brightness enhancement film (BEF), an upper diffuser sheet and an lower diffuser sheet. The diffusion plate is made from plastic. By extrusion, the diffusion plate and the plurality of trapezoid lens are easily processed to form an integral. Therefore, the direct-type backlight module has better light output efficiency with lower cost.

The diffuser plate has a plurality of columnar lenticular lens surfaces for scattering incident light to increase its light uniformity and reducing the quantity of light dispersant in the diffuser plate in the range of from 30% to 50% to increase light transmission ratio. Through the use of vertical or horizontal lenticular lenses of at least one columnar lenticular lens surface the diffusion degree in every direction is adjusted.

An optical diffusion plate applied for a direct-type backlight module and its manufacturing method are proposed complied with the present invention. By using the extrution technique, an extruder is used to extrude an optical diffusion plate. In case the material of the optical diffusion plate is changed, the texture of the roller should also be changed so that a prism array with a vertex angle corresponding to the refractive index of the material can be formed on the diffusion plate. Thereby, via the refractive index and the angle of the prism structure, the plate having a saw structure can change the propagation directions of the diffused light beams so as to focus the light beams, reduce the loss of the light and enhance the brightness. Besides, by disposing a one- or two-dimensional structure on the optical diffusion plate, the present invention needn't use the horizontal and vertical prism sheets simultaneously.
