Abstract:
A replacement aerosol nozzle assembly includes a coupler that is attachable around a neck of an aerosol container. A plunger is slidably attached to the coupler to engage a broken spray nozzle on the aerosol container when the coupler is attached to the neck of the aerosol container. A conduit is integrated into the plunger and the conduit fluidly engages the broken spray nozzle when the coupler is attached to the aerosol container. In this way the conduit is placed in fluid communication with an interior of the aerosol container. The plunger urges the broken spray nozzle downwardly when the plunger is depressed to spray contents of the aerosol container.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a selectively attachable wheel cover for a motor vehicle. The invention comprises a base member and a display member. The base member is selectively secured to the vehicle rim and the display member is rotatably mounted relative to the base member such that it can rotate in relation to the base member and, thus, the vehicle rim. In one aspect, a portion of the display member is sufficiently weighted such that, when the rim rotates (when the vehicle is in motion) the display member remains substantially static.
Abstract:
A method and system for increasing the efficiency and environmental compatibility of combustion systems, preferably for heat recovery from a wet flue gas and/or for flue gas purification, especially of flue gas from the combustion of high water-content fuels, such as biomass, especially wood, and for reducing the volumetric flow of the flue gas and/or for recovery of water from the flue gas, wherein the flue gas is brought into contact with a measured quantity of concentrated hygroscopic in at least one absorber unit and the measured quantity of hygroscopic material is diluted and heated with absorption of water from the flue gas. Heated is extracted from the heated and diluted hygroscopic material after which it is concentrated in at least one separating unit by separation of water and the resulting measured quantity of concentrated hygroscopic material obtained is routed at least partially to the absorber unit.

The present invention relates to a selectively attachable wheel cover for a motor vehicle. The invention comprises a base member, a shaft member, and a display member. The base member is secured to the rim of a motor vehicle. The shaft member is connected to an outer portion of the base member, extending substantially transverse from the rim and substantially co-linearly with the longitudinal axis of the axle. The display member is connected to the shaft member such that it can rotate in relation to the base member and, thus, the rim. A portion of the display member is sufficiently weighted such that, when the rim rotates (when the vehicle is in motion) the display member remains substantially static.
Abstract:
An unshrouded rotor blade 24 comprising an aerofoil 28, said aerofoil 28 having a leading edge 34, a trailing edge 36, a pressure surface 30 and a suction surface 32, there being provided at a radially outer extremity of the aerofoil 28 a gutter 40 which is wider than the aerofoil 28 adjacent the trailing edge 36 thereof, wherein at least a part of the gutter 40 is offset towards the aerofoil pressure surface 30.
