    摘要： Provided are a washing method and washing machine. According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a washing method including: performing a balancing process where washing water is sprayed to a laundry loaded in the drum and the laundry is evenly distributed by repeatedly accelerating the drum, constantly maintaining a constant RPM of the drum, and reducing the RPM of the drum; and performing a laundry treating process where the drum rotates such that at least a portion of the laundry is pressed against an inner wall of the drum and the wash water is sprayed into the drum.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a washing method including: performing an eco-rinsing process where a drum rotates in a state where at least a portion of a laundry is pressed against an inner wall of the drum and wash water is sprayed into the drum; performing an intermediating process for reducing an RPM of the drum to an RPM at which at least a portion of the laundry is pressed against an inner wall of the drum; and performing an eco-rinsing process where the drum is accelerated and the wash water is sprayed into the drum.

The method includes forming an impurity layer on a substrate of a first conductive type, the impurity layer having impurities of a second conductive type opposite the first conductive type; forming a first emitter portion having a first impurity concentration in the substrate using the impurity layer by heating the substrate with the impurity layer; forming a second emitter portion having a second impurity concentration at the first emitter portion using the impurity layer by irradiating laser beams on a region of the impurity layer, the second impurity concentration being greater than the first impurity concentration; and forming a first electrode connected to the second emitter portion and a second electrode connected to the substrate.

    摘要： The present invention relates to an operation method of a washing machine for controlling the rotation of a pulsator to enhance cleaning performance, there is provided a method of operating a washing machine having a pulsator rotatably provided in a tub, and the method may include a first cleaning mode having a first process of rotating the pulsator in one direction at a first angle and then rotating it in the other direction at a second angle around the rotation shaft; and a second process of rotating the pulsator in the one direction at a third angle and then rotating it in the other direction at a fourth angle around the rotation shaft, wherein the first angle is greater than the third angle, and the second angle is greater than the fourth angle, and the second angle is greater than the third angle.
