    Abstract: A structure of a hydraulic cylinder of an outrigger should be improved to prevent a hydraulic pressure hose from being damaged, and an arrangement of the hydraulic cylinder should be improved to prevent a rod part of the hydraulic cylinder from being damaged. A cylinder (40) is interposed between a machine frame and each of outriggers (10), which are vertically swingably disposed at opposite sides of the machine frame, so as to lift up and down the outrigger. Fluid passages (54a and 54b) are formed in a rod part (40b) of the hydraulic cylinder (40). Connection portions of fluid suction and delivery ports of the respective fluid passages (54a and 54b) to be connected to the respective hydraulic pressure hoses (51a and 52b) are disposed adjacent to a pivot of the hydraulic cylinder (40).

    Abstract: To decrease cap diameter covering a terminal splice and improve workability and waterproof performance, a stopper is inserted in one opening of a heat shrinkable tube. The heat shrinkable tube is heat-shrunk in this state, then a cap having end an closure is formed. A fluid thermosetting waterproofing agent is injected into the cap from a second opening. A thermal splice, which is formed from welded strands stripped from a plurality of wire terminals, is inserted and immersed in the thermosetting waterproofing agent. Then, the entire cap is heated and heat-shrunk at a predetermined temperature and the thermosetting waterproofing agent is heat-hardened.

    Abstract: A method of waterproofing a terminal that includes a stopper inserted in one opening of a heat shrinkable tube.     Abstract: The invention relates to a method and apparatus for preventing water from penetrating into a wire harness, the wire harness containing a plurality of electrical wires and being adapted to fit into a grommet and to pass through a hole formed in a vehicle panel. The electrical wires respectively include a section which is to form part of a water-sealed portion. The electrical wires are arranged so that the sections forming part of the water-sealing portion are in parallel in a row. A first water-sealing agent is applied on the sections. A second water-sealing agent is applied over the first water-sealing agent, the second water-sealing agent having a viscosity higher than that of the first water-sealing agent. The parallel arrangement of sections are curled for fitting into the grommet, so as to form the water-sealed portion.
