摘要： This invention relates to a welding carriage operable to drive across a surface of a work piece having a joint to be welded. The welding carriage comprises a number of wheels, where each wheel is pivotal around an axle and where each wheel is a magnetic wheel; the welding carriage further comprises means for supporting a welding device wherein at least one of the wheels can be flexed inwardly or outwardly so that the welding carriage can travel over curved surfaces. The welding carriage can travel over magnetizable surfaces having any direction, e.g. orientation in space. The welding carriage can carry a laser sensor arrangement arranged to detect the position as well as the direction of a joint to be welded, so that the welding carriage is applicable for performing fully automated welding.

摘要： A method for treating hair, combining permanent dyeing and straightening of hair, without significantly damaging the hair. According to the method of the present invention the hair is treated by chemically reducing covalent disulfide linkages in the hair, and contacting said hair with at least one oxidoreductase, at least one mediator, and at least one chemical oxidizing agent in an amount equivalent to 0.001-1% hydrogen peroxide calculated by weight of the dyeing formulation.

摘要： A method and an apparatus for absolute refractive index measurements are disclosed, wherein a beam of spatially coherent laser light is directed perpendicularly on to a side of a capillary tube (12) and back reflected light is detected (16) over a range of angles (22) with respect to the incident light beam. The refractive index of a liquid contained in the capillary is determined from the angle at which a marked change in the intensity of the interference fringes of the interference pattern formed by said back reflected light is observed or from the amplitude of a low frequency component of the angular variation of the intensity of interference fringes.

摘要： A novel process for enantioselective synthesis of single enantiomers of omeprazole or its alkaline salts, of other optically pure substituted 2-(2-pyridinylmethyl-sulphinyl) -1H-benzimidazoles as well as of other structurally related sulphoxides or their alkaline salts. The claimed process is an asymmetric oxidation of a pro-chiral sulphide to the single enantiomers or an enantiomerically enriched form of the corresponding sulphoxide. The application also claims the enantiomeric sulphoxide products produced by the process and their use in medicine.
