摘要: A method of securing a bottom plate made of a plastic material to one end of an open-ended, hollow cylinder made of a plastic material to produce a plastic cylindrical container, wherein the bottom plate is held in a horizontal position and the open-ended, hollow cylinder having an inner diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the bottom plate is positioned in enclosing relation to the bottom plate in such a manner that a portion of the cylinder projects upwardly a predetermined distance from the bottom plate. The upwardly projecting portion is heated and softened and bent radially inwardly into contact with an outer marginal portion of the bottom plate. The bent portion of the cylinder maintained in contact with the outer marginal portion of the bottom plate is pressed and heated, so as to join them by the fusion thereof. An apparatus suitable for carrying such method into practice includes a rotatable table on which a series of working stations are located for carrying out the process steps by a series of devices for continuously producing plastic cylinderical containers on a mass production basis.

摘要: An electronic component series wherein a plurality of parallel lead type electronic components (1) each having two parallel lead wires (4) are equispaced along a retainer band (2) and distributed along the length of the retainer band (2) with the lead wires (4) extending in the same direction and are positioned by the retainer band (2), whereby the electronic components (1) are retained. The electronic component series is characterized in that the distance (A) between the pair of lead wires (4) of each electronic component (1) in a region (4a) where the lead wires (4) are placed on the retainer band (2) is made different from that (B) in a region (4c) closer to the electronic component main body (3), while the intermediate portions (4b) of the lead wires (4) are bent to absorb the difference in dimension between the distances (A, B).

摘要: In a taped electronic component series provided with concavities (4, 5; 15, 16, 17) in a plurality of lines, the concavities of the respective lines are made to deviate from each other by length corresponding to the product of the arrangement pitch (P) of the concavities in each line and the inverse of the number of the lines along the longitudinal direction of the receiving tape (1; 11), so that the electronic components received in the concavities are placed in a withdrawal position one by one by feeding the taped electronic component series at a constant pitch for withdrawing the electronic components (3; 18) from the concavities.

摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide a compression system to effectively compress contaminated gas containing water and other corrosive substances (natural gas) without suffering any adverse effects caused by toxic substances, including impurities, and which includes a path which heats the compressor using gas with a low dew-point temperature, such as water free gas or purified gas from outside the system, that is substantially free of water, or discharged gas after having been compressed by the compressor, a separator provided upstream of the suction section of the compressor, which separates water and the like from natural gas by cooling and condensation, and a dew-point maintaining arrangement for maintaining the discharged temperature of gas from the compressor above the dew-point temperature of the compressed gas when compressing natural gas from which water has been separated by the separator and characterized in that, when direct compression of the actual gas (contaminated gas) is necessary, a heating operation is carried out by a gradually increasing the pressure of the gas discharged from the compressor by controlling the suction pressure of the compressor, by adjusting the opening of a pressure control valve on the return pipe, and after the heating operation, the actual compressing operation of natural gas is not affected, and a stable continuous operation is enabled due to a smooth switchover.

摘要: A wound unit of an electronic components series comprises a cylindrical core and a tape-shaped electronic components series wound in layers on its circumferential surface. On the periphery of the core, there is formed a slit. The electronic components series include a carrier tape made of a cardboard or the like on which not only the feeding holes having a certain pitch are formed but also many through holes responding to the shape of electronic components to be contained therein are distributed in a longitudinal direction. In each of these through holes are contained electronic components and on both of the main surfaces of the carrier tape, cover tapes are adhered to seal off the through holes. The tip of the electronic components series is inserted into the slit of the core and the electronic components series is wound in layers on the circumferential surface of the core. Adhesion layers are formed on the upper surface of the side of the carrier tape provided with the feeding holes of the electronic component series, each layer of the electronic components series being bonded to the next layer by the adhesion agent.
