摘要： An abrasive wipe includes a spunbond layer that forms a first outer surface of the wipe, a meltblown layer positioned over the spunbond layer so as to form an inner layer of the wipe and an abrasive layer positioned over the meltblown layer so as to form a second outer surface of the wipe. The spunbond layer, the meltblown layer and the abrasive layer are bonded together in a single bonding step, and, in an exemplary embodiment, the abrasive wipe has an MD tensile strength of at least 700 g/cm and a CD tensile strength of at least 500 g/cm.

摘要： The present invention is directed to a nonwoven fabric made from a composite of nonwoven and pulp where the nonwoven has a high loft derived from a heat set three-dimensional relief structure and/or hydroengorged fiber structure. A nonwoven web is hydraulically treated to create a hydroengorged material having an increased loft. Alternatively a nonwoven web is treated to have a heat set three-dimensional relief structure. The treated web is then hydroentangled with pulp to form a cotendered nonwoven/pulp composite fabric.

摘要： A composite structure including at least one paper web layer bonded to at least one nonwoven web layer by a hydroentanglement process. The paper web layer is made of natural fibers processed to have a specified kappa number depending on desired smoothness and hydrophilicity of the composite structure. In an exemplary embodiment, the paper web layer is made of a structured paper web, and the structure of the paper web is imparted to the nonwoven web layer by the hydroentanglement process. In an exemplary embodiment, the composite structure is a wipe product, comprised of a two or three layer structure, with at least one natural fiber layer. Higher machine speeds to produce a two-layer composite web comprised of one natural fiber web is achieved using a protective layer during the hydro-entangling process.
