摘要： A method of preparing a fabric for perspiration exhaust pajamas and underclothing includes the following steps: (1) grey cloth weaving: weaving a perspiration exhaust fiber, a regenerated cellulose fiber, and spandex into a grey cloth; (2) singeing: singeing the grey cloth to obtain a singed grey cloth through a two-face-two-back singeing; and (3) moisture adsorption and perspiration exhaust finishing: immersing the singed grey cloth in a finishing liquid, taking out the singed grey cloth for drying, baking, washing, and then drying to a constant weight to obtain the fabric for perspiration exhaust pajamas and underclothing.

摘要： A substrate of a paper machine clothing has a usable region formed with through-channels that are non-cylindrical with a cross-sectional area becoming smaller from an upper side to a middle region of the substrate. An upper rim of at least one of the through-channels directly contacts an upper rim of at least one neighboring through-channel and the upper rims have common local maximum. A sectional plane parallel to the thickness direction of the substrate defines an intersecting line with a sidewall of a neighboring through-channel. The intersecting line has a convexly shaped first portion, a concavely shaped second portion, and a third portion that is again convexly shaped going from the at least one common local maximum toward the middle region of the substrate. There is also described a method of producing such a paper machine clothing.

摘要： The present disclosure relates generally to a device for the removal of pills from the surface of the fabric. The device can comprise a body having a top end, bottom end, a first side, and a second side. A blade can be positioned at the top end of the body with the blade having a plurality of upper teeth and a plurality of lower teeth. A motor can be positioned within the body and can be operatively attached to the blade and a power source. A guide can be attached to the top end of the body and can include a base that is wider than the top end and first and second armatures spaced on opposite sides of the base. Each armature can extend from the base in a direction substantially parallel to the other armature. A connector is attached to the armatures opposite the base wherein the base, first and second armatures, and the connector define an opening position to accept part of the blades.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a velvet plush article includes the steps of: weaving a greige cloth by interweaving face yarns and backing yarns, wherein the face yarns are selected from single-ply bright trilobal yarns and two-ply yarns and the backing yarns are selected from FDY or DTY yarn; pre-processing the greige cloth by brushing, first setting, singeing and second setting the greige cloth sequentially; dyeing and/or printing the greige cloth; and finishing the greige cloth by softening, drying, brushing, stentering, heat-setting, singeing, shearing and final heat-setting the greige cloth. Accordingly, a velvet plush article having superior smoothness and softness for providing a superior touch and feel comfort is achieved. The velvet plush article may be a velvet plush throw or blanket, or a velvet plush cloth for further processing.
