Abstract:
A simple message mechanism serves to interface applications within content management system. The message management mechanism operates by extracting at least one selected parameter during execution of at least one task (e.g., application) during content workflow. The operator is then notified of whether the at least one task executed successfully in accordance with the extracted parameter.
Abstract:
A Workflow Engine comprises part of Workflow Management system and serves to automatically forward Work Orders as specific Tasks to specific Workplaces based on defined Workflows. Both the Work order and the Workflow are aggregated into a Work Package Template created by using a graphical Work package Editor based on requirements as outcome of a workflow analysis. Multiple Work Package Templates can be managed in parallel, allowing coping with the different needs in the different areas of a broadcast facility.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a medical imaging system. First, a sequence of images (SQ) of an organ (HRT) is acquired. Then, a region of tissue (PT) on said sequence of images and a parameter (P) characteristic of the motion of said region of tissue (PT) are defined. A set of phases (PH) characteristic of a cardiac cycle based on said parameter (P) is then defined. Finally, a local myocardial performance index (LMPI) for said region of tissue (PTR) based on said set of phases (PH) is computed.
Abstract:
An open framework to interface at least one business applications and content management in a media production and distribution environment utilizes a standard messaging protocol and a reliable communication bus. The business application creates a work package in a workflow by sending appropriate messages to a workflow engine. The workflow engine generates a work package template corresponding to the intake work orders at the business application. Devices connected to the communication bus are managed and their respective services are exposed to the workflow engine through the illustrative embodiment of the present principles of managed device interfaces. The work package enables the triggering of a complex sequence of actions via the standard messaging protocol.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method, which includes molding a metal insert from a casting by injection assisted by a fluid under pressure in concave space, forming the insert. The method including the step of restricting the space if necessary, in order to obtain a transverse cavity reducing the mass of the unit.
Abstract:
Centralized monitoring of a system, such as a content management system is performed by a monitoring apparatus that stores status information from elements in the system by element according the status information severity. The monitoring apparatus processes the status information for each element in the order of severity by applying at least one user-specified rule to determine whether to generate an alert for such information.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an ultrasonic imaging system for evaluating and displaying a deformation of a body organ. A sequence of image data sets comprising at least a first image data set and a second image data set of echographic data is acquired. A motion vector field is calculated between image points of the second image data set and image points of the first image data set. A reference point is chosen within or outside the first and second image data sets. A first scanline is defined, which comprises said reference point. A motion vector of an image point is projected onto the defined first scanline, which provides a projected tissue velocity along the first scanline. The projected tissue velocity is used for evaluating a ID component of a deformation of the body organ at the image point along the direction of the first scanline. Such a ID component of a deformation of the body organ, for example a strain rate or a strain, is further rendered in a graphical representation of the sequence of image data sets.
